Austin Green Water

Love the product. It was delivered to my house without a receipt and I’ve tried for months to obtain one so I can get the city’s rebate and cannot get any response. Frustrating.

I have tried for literally 4 months to contact this company. Do you know if they have closed? In February said they would come repair rust in one of my rain barrels. No further contact. I’ve tried email, phone to different people, live chat on their web site.etc. I even wrote a letter and sent it by US mail. Until now, company has been good. Not sure what is happening. Any info appreciated.

I’ve bought two single rain barrels from these folks, the first about 2 years ago and the second last summer. Had a rusting issue with the 2^nd barrel but all’s fine now. Great product!
