We are renting our 3rd moonwalk with these guys and they rule! They are on time, they are super fast, the moonwalks are clean and in good shape, and they are easy to communicate with. They make it completely painless and fun!

We rented a waterslide for a 6 year old birthday. The original date was forecasted for rain, so we had to reschedule. They were very accommodating. The day of the party 2 guys came and showed us how to use it. The staff was very friendly and made it super easy. The dolphin slide was a huge hit! The next day they came by and picked it up without any problems. I would definitely use this business again — in fact my kids already asking when we can do it again.

I have used Austin Moonwalks several times for my kids parties over the years, they are always on time, set up is fast, transaction is quick and easy as is the pick up, tear down etc. Items are always clean and in good condition and working order, the staff are friendly and easy to work with! I have never had any issues at all with this company, the only time I review a place is if they are exceptional or awful… this place got my 5 stars because they earned it!
I always read reviews and compare prices, Austin Moonwalks has competitive pricing and are trustworthy. Highly recommend using them for your next party, watch out for copy cat companies using very similar names!

Wow — these guys saved the day when another local company didn’t show up and didn’t return calls after we had paid in full for an inflatable for my daughters bday! They went out of their way to accommodate us after they had already made their other deliveries for the day. Highly recommend these guys –don’t take chances with another company — these guys are highly professional and prompt with communication.

Best Business to work with. Their prices are lower compared to others in the business. They are friendly and helpful. The setup in my backyard was completed in under 15 minutes as was the tear down. The driver was courteous and friendly. He showed up 2.5 hours before our actual arrival time which was great! I will absolutely use them in the future.
*If you are thinking about having your kids party at a local establishment that is twice the price of renting your own bouncy house for the day, THINK AGAIN! Get your bouncy house from Austin Moonwalks! They are clean, and actually inflated. No sign of duct-​tape anywhere (Pump it up, you know who you are)

We have used Austin Moonwalks for several years now for our company Christmas party. They are always on time and professional, and the equipment is in good shape. We had a narrow window for pick-​up and delivery this year, due to the hours we had the venue, and they were there right when they said they would be for both delivery and pick-​up.

I am a teacher and each year our school works with Austin moonwalk to provide inflatables for carnival. They are incredibly competitive with their prices. Yesterday Austin moonwalks came out to set up for our Fourth Annual Dragon Carnival, and it was wonderful. They set up all the inflatables in quickly and stayed throughout the day to ensure that things work smoothly. We have used them for the past four years and will continue to use them for years to come. Their level of customer service is second to none. Use Austin Moonwalks, you won’t be sorry that you did!

I was impressed with their professionalism compared to previous companies I’ve used for bouncy castles. I especially liked the email several days in advance with the additional information as well as the info sheets provided with delivery, in particular a contact number if I needed last minute help. I doubt I’ll ever need it, but it’s great to know that’s available if a problem occurred. The bouncy castle was delivered well in advance of the party and picked up that evening. They took a credit card for the deposit and then check or cash for the remaining balance at delivery.

Best All Day price and NO DELIVERY Charge to my area. Most of the their competition had a $ 40 charge. Good product, timely delivery and setup. Pickup was a snap too. Recommended. :) It kept 4 million children of all ages busy for hours while I drank many margaritas
