My father and I attended Austin Free Museum day at this museum. Overall a good way to spend a hour. A young man was giving an informal tour. He kept saying we should come back the 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month to get the full tour. They have the painted guitars and cows that were fund raisers in Austin in the past. They have motorcycles. They have a Russian ship. They have all sorts of cars. Overall more there than I was expecting. My father enjoyed the place and that is what matters. I will be back for the full tour in the future. I am glad they were part of the Museum Day or I may not have known of them for awhile.
