The two things that set Austin Technology Group apart from the rest of the pack is their outstanding customer service. I emailed them with my questions. I received prompt and courteous responses and in a very short time I had our new MFP installed and my staff trained on using the multitude of features. Rick worked out the tech-​y details with our IT company and in one afternoon we had many problems solved. My only regret is that I hadn’t found them sooner. Thank you Terry and Rick!

Locally owned, fabulous customer service AND the best prices on equipment and services I could find — and I shopped them all! Terry has been a pleasure to work with in getting the perfect equipment for our office; and Rick (the IT guru) made the transition smooth as silk when he came out to set up/​train — these ATG folks are an awesome group of professionals!

Spoke with a lot of copier sales people looking to lease a copier for my office. Steven was hands down the most honest and best priced. He told me where some of his competitors were better, the pros and cons of all the machines we were being quoted by all the different companies… Just overall a good experience with someone I feel I can trust.
