It was almost closing time on a Sunday, but my husband and I just needed to get in, grab a cute little outfit for our nephew, and get out. We found a cute pirate shirt in the clearance section, but the rest of the store was kind of torn up so we gave up and went to the register to just buy the shirt. The cashier lady was literally standing there doing nothing, but informed us we had to go next door to gapKids to pay for it. Fine, whatevs. It was only $ 2 so no biggie, but I was glad to get outta that messy store.

Ugh, this store. Let me start by saying I really love Baby Gap’s clothes. I don’t wear much from The Gap myself, but they make great stuff for little ones. Cute patterns and prints, everything wears well, none of the ridiculous logos you find at Carter’s and similar places, and, of course, they have constant sales. Despite my love for buying their stuff for my baby boy, I decided today that I’ll only shop Baby Gap online from now on. To put it bluntly, this store sucks. It’s super picked over, the staff don’t greet or assist customers, and everything about shopping is a huge pain. If you like the look of Baby Gap’s clothes, skip this location and just buy the stuff online. Not worth the headaches.

Love love looooove the Gap. Always Have. Oh, the Advertising this year… How Cute Are these boots? I have been shopping at the Gap for years. For all age groups. This Gap Kid store is so creative and awesome! It is sad that the Gap Founder passed away this year. I hope Gap stays around for a very long time to come!
