I went to see Becky for some issues with insomnia and ended up working on all kinds of things. Her support was invaluable! She gave me the most important reminder of all: all hypnosis is self-​hypnosis. What we tell ourselves about ourselves and our environment becomes our reality. Now I am working on only the most positive of self-​messages, all the time. Thanks Becky! It’s working!

I was referred to Becky by my Chiropractor after telling him how an up coming performance was making me really stressed out. I am a professional aerialist and for the last 5 years have danced for a company which I love although every year when it came down to the actual performance weeks I was simply miserable. I experienced the normal stage fright and fight or flight symptoms, but mine felt ten times worse than all the other performers. I almost stopped performing and dancing this year because I felt I couldn’t go through it again.
Being very open minded and some what desperate to find anything that would help me I was excited to try Hypnosis. I booked the appointment and luckily she had an opening during our tech rehearsals before the show! Getting the information and being able to talk to her over the phone first about what was going on prior to going to the appointment was great!
The session was relaxing and I felt really comfortable opening up to Becky and discussing what was going on. We also talked about other things that I now will go back to her for, but at the time my priority was getting help to make it through the shows. It was show time the following week and I was anxious (in a good way) to put the tools and Hypnosis to the test! Amazingly I went through all 7 shows calm and relaxed. Almost too relaxed. =) It was such a change for me to perform not extremely stressed out and drained. I was able to enjoy performing like I never had before.
I would highly recommend Becky to my friends and loved ones. Becky opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibility and empowerment. I am so thankful to have found her and encourage others to explore this option as it sincerely changed my life as a performer forever!

I have benefited GREATLY from my work with Becky Hays! In addition to our personal sessions, I have three of her «Hypnosteps» series recordings and they are all really, really well done. I cannot say enough positive things about Becky. In-​person, she quickly, easily, and naturally establishes a very genuine sense of connection and understanding («rapport»… but it is not some therapeutic tool for her, it’s just who she is!). Her approach to both hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming are exceptional, and the methods and techniques/​patterns are often quite advanced (technically-​speaking). However, as a client, everything feels simple, comfortable, and effective. I can trust her with any issues I am experiencing, knowing I will be met with compassion and her dedication to facilitate personal growth and positive change. Even as a Master Neuro Linguistic Programmer and Clinical Hypnotist myself, I say to anyone in the Austin area: look no further! She is the best! :D
She is always professional and always friendly and kind. I’m truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her and for the levels of self-​realization she helped me to establish for myself. One of my favorite things about NLP, in contrast to some of the more «traditional» therapeutic modalities, is how it holds up to this old saying: «Give a man/​woman a fish; you have fed him/​her for today. Teach a man/​woman to fish; and you have fed him/​her for a lifetime.» Becky Hays does not limit your growth to your work with her, she enables you to walk out of her office and create a lifetime of it.
