Carrie Hundley is by far the best mortgage banker in town! I’m working my third mortgage with her when I made the dumb mistake of trying another place because I got lazy and thought the other place would be easier because you could apply online.
Well, emailing all the info is not that much harder so I should have gone here in the first place and saved myself the hassle. I feel like most mortgage bankers think about volume and like crossing things off their list so working with them is like working with someone with ADD who’s drinking Red Bull. Not Carrie! She really understands mortgages and mortgage-​backed securities and has saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. She really has the customer in mind since she’s been on the other side buying houses and investment properties!
Be smart and go with Carrie — not all those other jokers in town chasing the housing bubble. She’s been at it for 20 – 30 years… and she keeps thinking about you after work hours and then calls you the next morning and says «I think I might have a way to save you even more money». Wow

As previously stated for their Plano location… There’s a bit of a theme with this bank. Everyone that works there is attractive. Don’t believe me? Check out their website.
They have awesome customer service down to a science. It’s the kind of place that you walk into and you are greeted with a «hello» and smiles. It’s always a pleasure to come here because they go above and beyond.
Note: They offer free Notary services to customers and have great swag. I have acquired a cozy, multiple awesome working pens, and cloth grocery bags.
