Everytime I go into this store wether I’m just browsing or actully shopping I get such amazing service! I have had wonderful interactions with all of the ladies who work ere. Plus one case in particular I needed a shirt and quick and they found the perfect one that fit what I was looking for!

Walked in and was greeted by 2 sweet gals! Tress was super helpful! She found me the perfect BCBG dress… She brought me a couple other outfits to try and offered me heels to try on with the dresses :)
She showed me the sale rack and was extremely kind and wanted to know when my event was. I had a great experience in the store and will definitely be back again!
They even offered me a military discount and took the time to chit chat :)

The owner said she would send us a gift card to make up for our bad experience… She never sent one… I guess the customer service issues start from above

I went to Bevello to return an item that had been shipped to me damaged. When I brought the dress (a $ 200 dress with snags all over it) to the counter and told the sales associate my concerns she got on the phone, whilst rolling her eyes. She never gave me eye contact or apologized or made feel like I mattered at all. I am a new customer to Bevello and I can tell you that this is the last time I’m ever coming into the store. When she got off the phone with her manager, the woman said «so I guess I have to give you your money back.» I said, that would be great. She huffed and puffed while typing on the computer as if I had disturbed her morning. She finally gave me my receipt and said nothing. I said, «have a great day.» And her only reply was «sure.» That is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in such a long time. Bevello, hire people who actually want to help your customers, instead of making them feel like shit. They’re going to stop buying from you and go to your competitors instead. If there was a zero, I’d give that instead.

I went into this store yesterday evening! While every item is this store is SO CUTE! I wanted to buy everything in the store! However, out of the two employees that worked there NEITHER one addressed me at all and I was the only customer in the whole store. Customer service is not the best here…

Every.Single.Time. I swear this store gets me! They’ve sucked me in and anytime I am popping around The Domain, I have to stop in to this little boutique. Came in last night (actually hoping I wouldn’t find anything I HAD to have) but of course, that didn’t happen. Bevello has started carrying one of my favorite lines: Naven. Super hot little dresses and tops. And last night I fell in love with one of the Naven Peplum Tops in Cobalt Blue. It was absolutely stunning!!! A bit pricey at $ 119 — but I felt the need to splurge on something fun for my upcoming Vegas trip. Done and done. Can’t wait to wear it.
The boutique is really cute and they have sales all the time — which is nice for a girl who is typically on a budget. It’s very similar to some of the stores I have become obsessed with online, so it’s nice to know I can just swing by this shop to find some of the same product when I am needing some instant shopping gratification.
A couple of complaints tho:
Con #1: some of their full price merchandise is a bit pricey and doesn’t really seem worth it. So hold off until they do markdowns before making a purchase.
Con #2: Their sales associates always seem a bit like space cadets. Not the brightest tools in the shed, but always pretty sweet nonetheless.
Will definitely be back in the future to get my shop on. And I recommend this store to all the girls who wish they could shop upstairs in the contemporary department of neighboring Neiman Marcus, but can’t quite afford those pricetags.
