Big Boys Collision Center

I had some minor repairs that I wanted to take care of. I drove in and these guys gave me a quote that was lower than my expectaions. They took care of me while I waited and did a job that exceeded my expectations. Need I say more. Would gladly give them more of my business, but hopefully won’t ever have to.

nice until you question something… Both owners got all in my face because I didn’t decide to go them for my repairs. I told them I wanted an estimate which was supposed to be free but found another place I wanted my car repaired at so I went to pick up my car and they were acting all violent like they wanted to fight me… Seriously??? I will never go back not even for an estimate and I will let everyone know about my experience… After they were yelling at me saying I wasted their time they calmed down and try to retain my business… I was so done !!! Don’t sign anything if you go there. When you get an estimate a signature is not required. They have you sign a blank folder and then they fill out the blanks later, turns out it was a work order not an estimate… seemed very trustworthy at first so I didn’t question why signature was required since I wasn’t told there was any fees associated with estimate. Turns out it was not an estimate they were securing a job without me even knowing how much it was gonna cost me. No work had been done yet so I was able to drive off and get my vehicle repaired elsewhere and saved $ 820 from what they were charging me. Very Unprofessional, very shady ways of conducting business… I would stay farrrrrr away from that place and rather go to a bigger company where I don’t get attacked by the owner for wanting to take my business elsewhere and employees are held liable for trying to intimidate customers into giving them their business. will never again go to a mom and pop body shop

I had a good friend refer me to Chuy and the boys at Big Boys Paint and Body. As soon as I drove up Chuy met me and took care of me like I was family. Told me to pull up in the bay and he had two guys in my Sequoia doing what it took to fix the problem. Don’t know if you can get in that fast but Big Boys was a God send! No more loading gear from the side doors of my truck so if you need anything done on your cars, as far as collision is concerned, Big Boys is the only place to go. South side!

I hit a high curb while backing out of a tight spot, and it lifted off the front right side of my bumper. There was some plastic mangled beneath it that wouldn’t allow me to push the bumper back into place. I went to Big Boys and worked with Chuy, the manager. He was SO helpful and honest!!! He could have easily told me I needed a new bumper and charged me hundreds like other shops probably would, but he didn’t. He got me fixed up and out of there in no time! I will be back to get some scuff marks removed as well. I HIGHLY recommend Big Boys! Friendly and HONEST folks!

These are some of the nicest guys I think I’ve ever met. I went in because I was stranded with a dead phone and no way to get where I needed to be. They treated me with hospitality, curtesy, they even gave me a ride to the place I needed to get to and made sure everything worked out before leaving. I wish these guys the best, because they are really awesome.

I stopped in at Big Boys to see about having a fairing painted to match my motorcycle. I saw some good reviews here on Unilocal,and these guys were very close to me so I thought I would check them out.
When I got there, i was greeted by Chuy, the manager, and I told him what I was wanting to have done. He assured me that they would have no problem achieving exactly what I wanted. He even was nice enough to give me a tour of the facility, and introduce me to a few guys who were diligently working on all sorts of body and paint projects.
Feeling confident about their abilities, we talked about cost. I feel the price was a little high, but the work they did was great, and Chuy guaranteed the work they do. I had to do a little leg work (had to call the dealer to get the paint codes) but it was as simple as a phone call to get the info. I dropped off my piece to be painted, and within a week, it was finished and ready to go.
I was a little nervous about the color matching, Kawasaki Candy Lime Green, I had offered to lend them a fender off my bike to be sure it matched, but Chuy said it wasn’t necessary. After getting it home and put it on the bike, it was a spot on match, same shade of green, same metallic flake! Looking at the bike, the fairing looks like it rolled out of the factory that way.
Overall, I don’t think I could be any happier with the way this project turned out, and I greatly thank Chuy and his team of hard workers at Big Boys. If I have something else that needs to be painted, they will be the first team on my list.

These Big Boys bring credit to the profession! They were cheerful, honest, and prompt. I was nervous about taking my new car to them, but they made sure that it got careful treatment. Needed a solution to attach my new TX plate to the front of my car. The manager Chuy was so helpful. Found an innovative solution without having to drill holes in my new Fiat.

I have nothing but great things to say about Big Boys. I accidentally dropped my two diamond wedding rings down a slot in the dashboard of my car (I was looking for a place to hide them, but it was at night and I couldn’t see what I was doing). They stayed there for about 6 weeks before I decided to stop by Big Boys to see if they could retrieve them. I didn’t have an appointment, but they checked out my car right away. Midway through, this thought came into my head that it would be so easy for someone to find my rings but then say they didn’t, and I would never know it. A few minutes later, Big Boys discovered one of my rings, and I was so excited! A little while later, they discovered the other. I am so thankful that I stopped by that day and commend Big Boys for doing such a great job! Their people were great, and I highly recommend them!

So thankful I met these professionals. They are honest with their pricing and time of job completion. They are very easy to communicate with and I recommend them highly.

I recently had a front splitter for my car painted and service was great. They had a quick turn around and the quality was good and the price was affordable. I haven’t had an entire car painted by them, but if you need body parts painted to match your car I wouldn’t hesitate to give Big Boys a call.

Ruben Cortez (Manager) took care of everything and treated my wife and I like we were old friends. The way my wife drives, god love her, we may see enough of Ruben to become good friends. I rarely write reviews but feel that it is important to recognize exemplary customer care. Ruben was proactive in his communications and helped ensure that the work was completed on schedule. My wife is like Helen Keller behind the wheel so we have had more body work done than I would like to think about. Hands down the service provided by Big Boys was of higher quality and lower cost than the local Cadillac dealership or the Lexus recommended shop. Not only was the repair work top notch but both cars were returned after being fully detailed at no charge. Big Boys and Ruben went the extra mile. Give them a try. I am glad that I did!
