There is a reason why this company has five star reviews. For over a year we resorted to the bag method that you can do at big box retailers and fill up yourself and they come pick it up. I thought I was saving money doing it that way even though it was way more work on my end. I decided this time we would try a real dumpster since we have piles of remnants from past renovation projects heaped up around our property. I’m really glad I went with this company and heres why. #1 It was about the same price as the «bag» and more affordable than other companies in the area. #2-​Violet who answers the phone has THE best customer service of any company I have come in to contact with in Austin. I even called the same day I was expecting it to arrive to let her know I wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit and she quickly met my request without missing a beat. She is a shining example of good honest people and I felt that with Randall as well who came to deliver our dumpster the following day I ordered it. He was very appreciative of our business and even encouraged my three year old who was fascinated by the «dump truck» to come and watch as he carefully placed it. What other company gives your kid a treat bag of goodies and plants a tree every time a dumpster is rented? None that I can think of! Thank you for giving small businesses a great name and exceeding my expectations.

I loved working with Bin There Dump That! I was recommended these guys by a work friend so I shot them an email. Violet quickly responded and we ironed out the details. I was very impressed with their flexibility and immediate availability. Last year I did a remodel and had no such luck with other dumpster companies. Bin There has flat rate pricing, as long as you don’t go over a predetermined weight, for 7 days but extra days are cheap and easy to add on. I spoke with Violet over the phone and she is the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with in the construction biz. I will never use a different company again!

I needed a dumpster to purge unwanted belongs out of my house and garage. One phone call and the next morning a nice clean dumpster was parked in the right side of my driveway ready to use. I had called 2 other outfits first but they were so jacked up with incompetence and rudeness that I was just about ready to call the City of Austin for bulk removal because I was starting to feel desperate that I might not have time to get my house all cleaned out for a pending sale. Bin there Dump That saved the day. Nice lady answers the phone. Email confirmation sent. All very professional. Definitely Recommend for bulk removal.

We used Bin There Dump that last year for an estate sale where the home had so much trash we couldn’t get to the good stuff. This company delivered the bin on time and it was the perfect size to get rid of the junk. We ended up having one of our biggest sales thanks to them. I’m calling them today for another job! Their rates are excellent and customer service is the bomb.

Getting a bin should be an easy thing, but it wasn’t until I called Bin There Dump That it became easy. I wanted a bin for a week, I called four other places who seemed to think they were doing me a favor by either charging a ridiculous amount to drive outside of Austin (I live ON the border on Austin and Pflugerville) or telling me I couldn’t have a bin on such short notice (over a week’s notice).
After a drama and extra fee free conversation with the folk at Bin There Dump That we happily ordered a bin through them. It showed up on time and so quietly our dogs didn’t even bark! Unfortunately, shortly after we got the bin our lives went pear shaped and we weren’t able to utilize it within the time we’d arranged. I contacted Violet, she was entirely understanding and worked with me to find a solution to a series of problems around when the bin was due to be picked up. A day later we had a yet another major upset in our lives and I had to change the pick up time again. Violet was wonderful! We didn’t incur any extra fees and our needs were entirely met.
Far too often the simple kindness of human interaction is lost in business transactions, it’s clear that Bin There Dump That has made a choice to not be one of the many faceless businesses out there. The personable service was outstanding, even when dealing with a decidedly difficult customer.

Can’t recommend high enough. Called regular waste disposal companies and got nowhere (AW waste, BFI etc.) Google search brough up Bin There Dump That. Immediately answered call and have been very helpful in selecting right size dumpster. Especially like the ability to open their dumpsters and carry in large items.

Excellent experience. Violet was great to work with in terms of scheduling and helping me understand the service. Drop-​off and pick up were on time, they were very careful not to damage my driveway or trees, and the price was right. I would absolutely use Bin There Dump That again…

We needed a dumpster to clean out my late uncle’s house, which held a mountain of junk– rather like Hercules trying to clean out the Aegean stables. Bin There Dump That was not only far less expensive than the big dumpster companies, they were also able to place a dumpster in an area the big companies could not do. And, to top everything off, the entire staff was kind, warm, and lovely! We were internally rather desperate, and staff was patient, helpful, and accommodating to the quirks of our situation. These wonderful people have my highest recommendation.

After searching around and reading reviews, I settled on Bin There Dump That. We were doing some remodeling work and needed a dumpster for a week. They were incredibly helpful, on time and just all around nice people to work with. So, much so, we had them bring out a second dumpster a couple weeks later!
Violet was super sweet on the phone taking care of our request, even when we had to change the dates no them. Shawn was very kind as well and delivered the dumpster on time. We filled it to the brim and it was great since it didn’t taper off at the bottom — so, we were able to get the most out of the size of the container.
I would hands down recommend them and use them again for our next home projects!

I wish I called Bin There Dump That first thing when searching for a dumpster for my small home re-​model! After getting no response from various «next day» dumpster rental companies, the responsiveness and customer service from BTDT was a pleasant relief! From rental to pick-​up, BTDT made it easy. Violet, the nicest sounding lady who took my order, was able to handle my request in less than 10 minutes.
Shaun brought the dumpster the morning of the next day, with a gift package of homemade delicious cookies! When finished I called them back and they picked up the dumpster immediately with no hassle! I’ll come back here again as my re-​model progresses!

We recently used Bin There Dump That to clean years of accumulated junk from a relatives home. Shawn was so helpful and delivered and picked up the perfect size dumpster exactly as we needed him to! I’ve used their services for my company. We have had a hard time finding a dependable company to remove the huge quantity of construction garbage at an affordable price. One company we used went out of business and did not inform us! We’ve used 4 different dumpster rental companies none of which were dependable.
We found «Bin There Dump That» by sheer accident. The green dumpster was on our street and we walked over to find out about their services. It turned out the owner, Shawn Mansur, was the one delivering a dumpster to our neighbor. We hired «Bin There Dump That» and cannot say enough good things!
