BP Handyman Service

BP spent about 4 ½ hours completing various projects around my house, all with a friendly attitude and expert skill. They installed blinds, hung up several curtain rods, mounted a TV, fixed a broken toilet paper holder, and screwed in some cabinet door handles. Extra points for responding to my initial call in a timely fashion. I will be calling them again next time we have things to fix around the house.

Brian did a great job installing a cat door between the inside of my house and the garage. The placement couldn’t have been more perfect. Would recommend.

A ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling (30 years old) and was dangling by the electrical cords. I checked Unilocal last night (late), called, and left a message. The amazing Brian called back early this morning, was here within 1.5 hours, and fixed it. The fan is rock solid now and perfectly balanced. I am so pleased with Brian’s work and highly recommend him for your handyman needs!

BP helped me with a few projects around the house, from putting up a screen door, to running speaker wires in the attic, and installing a new toilet. He also assisted with redoing a bathroom including the surround, new drywall, and painting. He is by far the best painter I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him for your handyman needs.

I have successfully used BP Handyman’s services in 2 homes for a variety of purposes. Brian P. is always dependable, courteous & comes equipped with the necessary tools when he has sufficient context of the needs in advance.
Most recently he installed a bedroom ceiling fan and also hung a new bathroom wall cabinet — well in both cases. On the fan a minor installation part was missing from the box so he reinvented means to sub a better solution out of his «handy» kit on the spot.
Then we liked the fan addition so well we asked him to assess what outdoor size fan we needed to buy for him to install on our covered front porch. He discouraged this due to the nature of the small width of the ceiling area where we wanted it. Instead he tipped us to a small but powerful «D» battery one we could use anywhere out there. It was $ 20 total & totally filled the purpose & of course, required no installation.
Honest, prices fairly & well & in advance, & really a pleasure to have on call. We will definitely use BP Handyman again & again.
BTW — he is a former banker now doing work full-​time he also did as a DIY guy for years previously for fun.
