Mr. Pitts recently conducted a home inspection for me. He arrived on time and did an exceptional job. He explained his findings in easy to understand terms and made several helpful suggestions on ways to make the home more efficient. Mr. Pitts was very personable and professional and I highly recommend him and his company for Home Inspections. Sincerely, WS Stratton

Closed on real estate on Nov. 5. Moved in on Dec. 7. Jan. 3 the hot water heater’s top element stopped working. Ground wire burned up. So there’s an electrical issue. Contacted BPG since they hold the homeowner’s warranty. It’s Jan. 5 and I haven’t heard from a contractor. Tried to call BPG customer service line. Got put on hold. Given the option for a call back. I did that. When the call came in, it hung up as soon as I answered. Haven’t heard from them or their contractor yet. Ground wires don’t carry a circuit, so I would think that the fact this one burned, this would be considered a priority call. Apparently not; but even so, this company claims that it strives to earn its customer’s business. They don’t. I wouldn’t recommend their service because service is non-existent. BPG expects me to pay a contractor $ 60 upon arrival. Of course, a contractor would need to contact me and actually show up. A-Dos Amigos Plumbing is the contractor. No shows. I’m in Austin. A-Dos has a San Antonio phone number. Why can’t BPG get a local contractor? None of this is adding up to a good service provider.
