Now I’m far far away and thought about this for a bit, I’m willing to write a review. And it is not good.
We should have known when the neighbors told us to be very detailed with the walk thru because the landlord tries to make sure you will get charged an arm and a leg for repairs when you leave.
Everything was a mess, dead grass, holes in doors and walls, high bills due to poor insulation, everything you do NOT want in Texas. Even worse, a rat problem was reported and never dealt with it.
Not only did Steve (guy in charge) scream at renters, demand certified letters before he would even consider a repair and charge too much for his never repaired units, he even had his phone number changed to disconnected number here on Unilocal… How shady is that?
Basically if you rent here you are crazy or desperate, I’d highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
