My daughter will be at Care Academy for 3 months this coming up month, and We are so happy Care Academy was enrolling new kids! At first, I will admit I was concerned on how my daughter ‘s reaction to a Daycare would be as she was always with a baby sitter. I had always been a little worried with the word Daycare because of some of the horrible things that happen. From the very first time when you greet the Daycare Director Hannah and Asst. Director Maurty you will know your in the right place! Gotta love it! Since the very first day she has been doing great! No crying for mommy just learning and enjoying to be around kids her age! Building communication/interaction/development skills. My daughter has some really smart/nice/fun teachers Mrs. Marilu, and Mr. Matt! Plus they have lunch included! No TV is also an amazing thing! How do these teachers do it?! They’re amazing! Care Academy has a safe environment and lets you come in, call to see how your child is doing whenever you’d like! They have so many activities going on, and have a very nice parent/child support Specialist Ms. Amah to guide/help families!(did I mention free?) Thank you Care Academy for all you do and for your mission!

A little part of me wants to be selfish and keep this place a hidden gem, but the bigger and better part of me will write this review because not only do I want this place to be successful, but also recognize how hard it is to find a economical and trustworthy place to take care of our babies. The #1 thing I like about Care Academy is the staff. I truly feel like the teachers and directors care about my son and treat him like family. I was so anxious about going back to work when my maternity leave was ending and I hated that I had to leave my then 12 week old with complete strangers. Well now my son is 9 months old and to this day the only people I feel comfortable leaving him with are my mom and his teachers at Care Academy. I love how the teachers genuinely miss him when he doesn’t go and how they get sad if I pick him up early. You would think that someone with such a demanding job would be thinking«yes! One less kid!» but instead they say«He has to go home already?! It’s not time!» We also have lots of crafts they have made with him hanging in his room and they have helped us tackle starting solids and sleeping in his own crib. If that wasn’t enough, it’s nice that the facility is newer and therefore cleaner than most other places we visited and that they have the option of part time care to accommodate different parents’ schedules and incomes. I have to admit that to this day I have a hard time dropping off my son at daycare because I would love to be with him every minute of every day BUT I love all the skills that Care Academy has taught him and I am very glad to be part of their community.
