Carly Gonzales was referred to me by Josh Penland over at Sente Mortgage.
Carly helped me navigate the challenges of finding the perfect home for me in a competitive market by providing access to a searchable database of property listings, accompanying me on multiple property viewings, and really paying to my deal breakers/​wish list.
The property listing database was easy to use and even though Carly identified listings for me, I was also able to do my own searches modifying the search criteria as I pleased. I ended up selecting some properties for viewing that Carly had already ruled out — once we arrived at those properties, I understood why she had filtered them out! Although, I probably wasted a bit of both of our time, I really appreciate that Carly was completely understanding about it and totally willing to take me to view properties that wouldn’t truly meet my criteria. My hint here is… you can trust Carly to find the properties that best meet your criteria.
Carly contacted me within an hour of the «perfect» listing being posted. Since I was at work, Carly went to view the property without me. I was so confident in Carly’s feedback paired with the pictures of the property she gave me access to that I made an offer within three hours of it being listed! Unfortunately, I was outbid over the weekend but Carly once again stepped up and helped me successfully navigate placing a second bid.
Carly took me to closing on time and made sure I had keys in hand as expected. I’ve now been in my new home for several weeks and Carly has checked in on me more than once to make sure all is well. I even received an email from Carly reminding me to complete my Homestead Exemption Form. Now that is going above and beyond in my book! I highly recommend Carly and the rest of the Carstin Team!
