CC Carpet

Yes went to the arlington, texas store bought and had floors installed this was kind of bumpy but finally got the floor but in by 9:00 pm. Now the floors are in we are having problem with the hard wood flooring coming up. so we called cc they were going to have someone to be here from 10:00 — 12:00 never showed we called them at 1:30 and are getting nothing but a run around. Tried to get the owners number or the cos number but they won’t allow you to have it so I guess once the get your money they put you on a back burner and forget about it. So if you have a lot of patients, and your job will allow you to take off days at a t I’m or just have to take off any time of the day because cc just comes to when they want to go ahead and buy from them but don’t expect any thing else from them. BUT I DON’T HAVE THANKS KIND OF PATIENTS.

I’ll start off by saying the installation went good, not great and our sales person was again ok, not great. We got the price we wanted, whether or not that was above or below market I don’t know. We didn’t shop around (our fault, no one elses) THAT said, the crew was nice and friendly, they worked hard, sometimes late at night 8 or so and for the most part did a good job. The problem has been afterwards.
They knocked our Toilet paper dispense off the wall, and broke a part of our grill. The grill was an easy fix and we didn’t make mention, the toilet paper dispense however we wanted fixed. When the salesman came to fix it, he blamed someone else for it, saying that it was already broken. We bought the house 2 years old, I doubt it had been broken off before. But he fixed it.
Now we have a tile loose in our bathroom and my wife has been trying to get someone to fix the issue for 3 weeks now. This is inexcusable that they keep telling her they will «call her back» and not doing so. Certainly enough of a reason to now write this review.
Buyer beware with these people. They don’t stand up for their product and their customer service is not very good at all!

We had the worst customer service experience at the CC’s Carpet on N I-​35 in Austin. All of our furniture in our den was moved to the back deck to install new flooring. The work began. I went to the truck to see the new flooring. What was in their truck was not our order. They stopped working and left our furniture OUTSIDE. The next day it started raining. They told us it would be 3 days before the flooring could come from Dallas (a 3 hour drive takes 3 days???) I think it could have been put on a same day delivery truck from Dallas. They sent someone to move the furniture back in two days later. Our new $ 4000 sofa, TV etc. They offered us nothing for this error. We were told the install would take 1 day. It took 3 days. Halfway through, the 3^rd party installers told us they ran out of supplies to finish the install and it would cost another $ 100 for the product. I had to write a check on the spot so they would continue working. WORST service ever. Their customer service dept told us they did not see anything wrong with the service and work provided. I do not recommend this company for flooring installation. There are so many other places with a much better reputation. Run! Don’t Buy From CC’s Carpet!!!

Had to replace the flooring in a rent house that was trashed by the previous tenants. We were looking for inexpensive but quality. Our sales guy completely respected our budget and showed us options that were perfect for our needs. We came in to sign the paperwork and schedule them out to the house and they brought out a different, nicer carpet that was only a tiny bit more as another option. We went with it.
The installation was quick and beautifully done. Not only did the upgraded carpet look and feel worlds better than our original choice, but they found a way to re-​use our baseboards, re-​installing them perfectly.
We have had horrible experiences with flooring companies in the past. I am so grateful to have found a good one that I will recommend to all my friends and family. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We remodeled our house a few months ago and we wanted to pull out all the old linoleum in kitchen, bathrooms, dining area, etc and put tile in. We dealt with Roy the entire time. He was great at first but I guess not very good at the follow through. We would order one kind of tile, wait for weeks only to find out that it is on back order for 3 months. Then we went in to pick out another tile, waited and then when it came in it was the wrong kind and the one we had picked (2^nd time around) was on back order as well. Our deadlines came and went with not much more than an insincere apology and the blame game. When it was all said and done, we did end up getting a nicer tile for the same price and the guys they contracted out the install to did a fantastic job! That is the only thing that redeemed this place for me – but just note that my understanding is that they use whatever crews they can find…
