I purchased their yoga class pass from Localiter. The day I purchased it, they showed early morning classes. Apparently they had to change their schedule due to the weather and space restrictions. They do not show the 7 am and 8 am classes any longer but you can call and make an appointment 1 day in advance for these classes. I only found out when I called to request for a refund and they somehow lost sight of this error. It was not written in the fine print and they would not provide me with a refund. Who singles out certain classes to have a reservation but the other classes don’t require it? That’s fine if you want to do this but please be clear when you are selling your discounts to a mass audience. I have a bad taste in my mouth and I haven’t even step foot in your facility. I want to wake up and decide if I want to go to yoga not decide 12 hours before hand. If that was the case you should state that in your fine print. «The coupon stated classes are available 4 times a day on Mondays and Wednesdays and 3 times a day on Fridays. Fit your yoga bliss into your busy schedule — check the website for more information. Shame on you.
