I’ve been seeing Dr. Elizondo’s practice since 2012 now, dang I’m that old aren’t I? They work with your insurance with such ease. It’s amazing how pain free that part is. Dr. Wilson was my previous general dentist but recently it’s been Dr. Maria Roquiero. Can I just say even though I liked Dr. Wilson, Dr. Roquiero is so sweet and is very caring and just as attentive? I recently had a dental implant procedure done here at their facility and she was very very sweet and even massaged my jaw and cheeks while I had my mouth open for some time. It’s so soothing, at a dentist office, I know, I am delusional hah. But seriously, something about being around her for my visit is very calming. Glenda the front desk lady is a sweet heart as well who takes no nonsense but that is her job to protect the unnecessary conversations that may take up the Doctor’s valuable time. They have a busy day and they are also now closed on Fridays as Dr. Wilson isn’t with them as frequently due to a family emergency that has him visiting Houston more frequently to spend time with his loved ones. Thus seeing Dr. Roquiero, and she looks beautiful too, at her age, I can only hope to be as wise, smart, and beautiful as she is. Ps. Now that the office is closed Fridays, I used to see Annette or Tracy at this place on Fridays for the most amazing and soothing teeth cleanings, but go Thursdays and get this mean evil lady that makes my gums bleed like no tomorrow. :(That’s the one thing I wish I could change. My mouth gets scared every time I come in for the cleanings now. My poor husband never got to visit on Fridays and now he’s only ever been to the dental assistant who cleans like a rigorous lawn mower looking for tarter.

Dr E is a very nice man, but just bc he is a nice man does NOT mean he is a good dentist. I trusted him and he put 20 year old technology in my mouth(amalgam) filling which has mercury in it. He hit my nerve which caused me to have a root canal. I cannot explain how much emotional stress he has caused me. I will never be able to get my tooth back. I hope this never happens to anyone again. He is retiring but his practice continues to support him and Dr. Ronquero continues to give his patients the bad advice he gave them. I wish I had a better referral to give ppl but the field of dentistry seems to be very imprecise. Please be careful and do your research about procedures such as root canals and crowns, if there is even a shadow of a doubt, don’t do them!

Went to my first appointment with Dr. Elizondo today. Had all sorts of apprehensions, new area(recently moved), new doctor, had no idea what to expect. Besides who likes doctor’s offices? The Office is very nice, with great(soothing) views of the trees & deers from your dental chair. Staff was friendly & efficient. Dr. Elizondo was awesome! Very sweet & gentle. He made the entire process sooo comfortable. Even when telling me I had a cavity! They take most insurance plans & getting in for an appointment was easy. They offer general dentistry & cosmetic work. Will be going back for a second appointment and definitely recommending him to anyone needing a new dentist.
