What can I say about my current dwelling? For low-cost housing, it’s really pretty decent. Sure, a bit ghetto, like most low-end complexes, but NOT meth-y or gang-y. I appreciate that, very much! Mostly families, and broken families. There’s a decent playground for the kids, and the pool definitely garnered my appreciation during the summer dog days. The apartments are spacious, and well-maintained. It’s gated, and ample parking. So those are the facilities. Now I really need to give kudos to the management. They’re very competant, responsive, and you just get the impression that they actually GIVE A SHIT. It’s so rare these days to find friendly, consciencious people who take even a modicum of pride in helping others, that it’s refreshing. The grounds are always kept nice(despite the best efforts of the Jerry Springer-people to trash it up) For the money, and the sense of security that I get, I’ll pick Chesapeake apartments any time!
