Good Brisket sandwhiches! Good, convenient hours!

Only been here once. Yesterday, Tuesday just after 2pm.
Ordered Sliced Brisket Sandwich– good quality, a little dry, nice cut of meat, I personally would have like a little more fat on it as there was none. The good BBQ sauce made up for being a little dry. Prob. Should have been a little mow specific on my part. Besides the sauce and back to the Sandwich, had a little smokey nice taste to it, not over powering. Real good flavor.
Also got to try the Chopped beef… That was real good!
I usually judge rate a place based off their sliced brisket and chopped beef.
I should have tried the sausage or other stuff… Saving it for next time!

Also, there is a Cool BigMega Yogurt Truck there, looks very interesting and I’m wanting a frozen yogurt niw. Dang I hate when that happens.

It’s just a new startup stand. Wait until they get some legs on the ground. Only the second bbq stand i really know of that stays open late. They’re located just south of Raney bars, next to the Holiday Inn.
I had fatty end sliced brisket, with a sampler side of sauce. Just meat and sauce. Meat was seasoned and prepared exceedingly well. The sauce is tangy and sweet. Little too tangy for me. I like a more balanced sauce, with a little kick.
