Just cancelled my Clear service AGAIN. Seems that the first time did not process and since I tried again AFTER the 15 day trial period I won’t be getting my refund like I was supposed to. Overall poor customer service. They are very polite as they tell you to go F*** yourself over and over again. I will NEVER use this service and I recommend you don’t either. I only tried using the Clear service for 3 days and in that time I had horrible intermittent to no service in my apartment in NW Austin. When I tried using it at work on my tablet I got NOSERVICE at all. Returned the device 3 days after buying and cancelled service but it turns out I didn’t because I had to pay another bill. Imagine my surprise when I got that email. I finally got the service cancelled after waiting through multiple long hold times and hopefully this time it will stick. Very dissatisfied consumer.
