Thinking back of all the Vape Shops we ever visited in the last 3 years from Houston to Austin and everywhere in between, I have to say from the moment we walked in to the moment of choice not once we’re we made to feel rushed or unwelcome. There has been maybe 3 stores where I consider legit and professional service to be worth a 5 star review and this place tops my list! They carry themselves in such a Manor of professionalism and kindness and seem to be genuine to your needs of Vaping. They carry all my favorite brands and more, and you must try some of the local Austin flavors like one I can’t stop vaping, Andy’s Mints. True to its flavor and told mostly organic in nature, so if stopping by to get your favorite brands don’t leave without giving it a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed! I just wanted to say thank to all who work here and tell all the readers we are definitely life time shoppers of this establishment.

I came in randomly after seeing it next to my hair salon, this place doesn’t pop up on google. Extremely friendly and helpful young guy helped me. He was really knowledgeable and didn’t push me to buy anything. They have organic juices which is awesome. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend

I have to say, the staff and customer service at CCV are the absolute BEST. I had an issue with one of the devices I bought from them and the manufacturer did not want to work with me and I was already past the 30 return policy that CCV had in place. When I walked in Cloud Counter Vapor and expressed my concern, they immediately wanted to help and took care of me and exchanged the product for a brand new one and said they would either deal with the manufacturer on returning it to them themselves or take the hit for the defective product. They did not have to do that for me and that showed me that they truly VALUE their customers. They have gained a LOYAL customer! Thank you CCV and I look forward to going there for all of my vaping needs!

Excellent location, very knowledgable staff whether you are just starting or a seasoned veteran. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is it is still newer, plus I would like more nicotine levels. The products sold are great and I am positive that it will be a five in no time. If Chico is around don’t forget to give him a little love!
Edit: Love the Hayes Vapor Co. 90⁄10 VG/​PG, so smooth, lots of vape and packed with flavor. This is now my favorite mix. Upped from 4 to 5 star, thanks guys!

I have been to many many vape shops. This is the best one by far. All drip tanks over the counter right at your finger tips with descriptions and names right above each one. The staff is awesome. They are welcoming and chill.

I shop at all the Vape Shops in the Austin Area! But, Cloud Counter is my «Go To Vape Shop» for all the up to date Vape Gear! They’re the first to come out with all the new stuff! I enjoy they’re service and company great bunch of guys running the place!

I finally found my way in to Cloud Counter Vapor for the first time, mostly just to check it out since it’s so close to where I live. They have a great tasting station; the best I’ve seen anywhere. Not only do you get to try out the flavor; each tank is on a different battery (available at the store).
Their selection of juices and equipment is slightly more limited than other stores, but they’ve only been there for a few months. Really nice guys. I get the feeling they would be happy to order something if a customer asked. I’ll go back. :-)

These folks did it right. Products are out for customer to try. Their juice selection is superb and the folks there are friendly. They have stuff for all the different experience levels of vapors from stick pens and tanks to rebuildable supples.
