Today, they sent me a card today saying how I was such a sweet friend trying to get the bag in the exact color my friend wanted and that they hoped my friend was enjoying in the bag. I shop Coach for the product quality. I keep coming back to the Coach store at the Domain store because I receive the best customer service. Ask for Kathryn Singletary because she will soon become your friend at the Coach Store at the Domain. I like this lady so much. Nicole is also very nice and helpful.

The ladies at the Coach store in the Domain have taken amazing care of me, several times now, in the last few months. They are so attentive, send me delicious coupons, and go out of their way to accommodate my varying needs! Marisol and her staff are fantastic… go and see them! Buy purses! Feel happy!!!

It’s a nice store, as are all the stores in The Domain. I just wasn’t impressed. The store is pretty, clean, and laid out in an easy to browse way, but the sale people are a little too chatty. I walked in on a Sunday and was seriously looking for a new purse. The ladies started chatting us up like crazy. When I tried to hint that I was just looking, she moved on to my friend. She wouldn’t stop and it got so bad, that she basically ran me out of the store. As my friend was trying to leave, the salesperson stopped her to find out where she had purchased her necklace. I understand that some people might feel important or like all this over the top attention, but a good salesperson can read people. Look for the signs and if someone doesn’t chat back, then let them browse! I left without making a purchase even though I wasn’t there to window shop.

If I believed in heaven, this would be it: the Coach store. Everyone here is happy, smiling, warm, and over friendly. Hell, I think I would be too, if I were surrounded by purses and accessories all day. Everywhere I looked, there was a smiling face, ready to help me — not that I always enjoy being fussed over and coddled, but it IS nice in stark contrast to other places in the Domain. Of course, KP(shopping accomplice) played devil’s advocate. You should TOTALLY get that purse. Really? I mean, it’s going to be $ 200 more… It’s classic! But what will HE say when he finds out? HE won’t care… Maybe HE won’t find out… it is pretty TIMELESS. You’ll never have to buy another purse again. Hm, this IS true. SALESPERSON: You should totally do it. *Smile, smile, happy face* Sold! It is complete euphoria. I want to be one of the happy people.
