Ruby and Brandon are awesome. Everytime I call, everytime I have gone in, everytime I have a question, they come through. There are locations closer to me, but this one is great. I have had good experiences at other ones just not like I have had here.

So i went in this am because i am getting really sore muscles after every work out. The manager Austin was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I even got a free body composition analysis! He recommended a great recovery drink mix & told me exactly how & when to use it. He even gave me a great 1st time customer discount with an in store coupon. Great experience!

Love this location, the staff is always really friendly and informative. As soon as you walk in you have someone greeting you and helping you. However, not too long ago I went and was not happy with the customer service. I bought a detox tea and an overnight fat burning pill or something. So I tried the tea but I did not like it at all. I decided I didn’t want to try the other supplement either so I went back the next day to return or exchange the products. The girl, I believe her name was Summer, told me I couldn’t return them. I understood not being able to return the opened one but the other one was still sealed. She told me I couldn’t return only exchange them. I told her I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I wanted to return the unopened one and she kept telling me I couldn’t return it. The receipt said that unopened products could be returned! I was frustrated and just said okay and left. I really should have contacted the manager but I was just frustrated and left it at that. I understand people get paid commission but don’t be a rip off! Give people their money back when they ask for a return. Anyway, it’s unfortunate that that’s the closest and most convenient location for me and anytime I want to go in there and see her I just turn around and leave instead.

I have been a very loyal customer for several years but I will never go back there. I have always had great service and have come to know the employees on a first name basis. My issue happened on 9÷1÷13 when Eric was ringing me up. He tried to run my card twice but got error messages(not decline). Then the third time, it went through. Later, I noticed there were two pending transactions on my bank account. One dropped down into final or complete transactions and one stayed. The next day it was still there. I went by the store and spoke with Eric, explained the situation to him. He jotted down some information from my receipt and said he would get with his accounting guy. The next day, I received an email from Eric, stating that there was nothing they could do. He apologized for the inconvenience. Two days later, the transaction was still pending(holding those funds from my available balance). The bank said all the merchant had to do was call them and let them know that they are not going to collect on the pending transaction and if they had not collected or contacted the bank within 10 business days, the transaction would disappear and my available funds would be updated. This has happened before with a restaurant. And I have been the hero on more than one occasion for my customers of mine who had the same situation. The effort is zilch and it would only take five minutes. Finally, I spoke with Summer, the«manager». She said she had never even heard of Velocity Credit Union(hello?) and that if I banked with Wells Fargo as she does, it would go away within just a few days. I asked her to contact the bank and she refused, saying there is nothing she«can» do. She meant to use the word«will». She have no clue who one of the most popular credit unions in the area. They have lost my business. Up until this experience, they were GREAT!(Pricey but still great) I was appalled by the ignorance and laziness of the staff at this store. Because of this lazy, unwilling attitude, they have lost a very loyal customer. Vitamin and supplement stores are a dime a dozen around here.

First off I’ve been to more than a couple of supplement stores where I get talked down to and once the owner even called the stuff that I was taking«garbage» when it was all I could afford at the time. I just want to Unilocal about the customer service at this place which ROCKS!!! I just called and asked his name but my short term memory fails me today. Josh I think? I’ll update when I go again. He’s the sales manager who seems to be there 99% of the time. My first time in he was really awesome about educating me on the different pre-workout supplements which I have taken quite a few of but definitely don’t know everything about all of them. He’s the guy to talk to about supplements if you have any questions. They’ve been really awesome about letting me sample some things for flavor and been fantastic about working with me to find what I’m looking for within my price range without trying to talk me into the more expensive stuff which has happened to me at other supplement places. Go here if you want a place that’s judgment free, willing to work with you and help you find exactly what you are looking for.
