My husband and I ate here earlier this evening. I wasn’t wearing my glasses and ordered a salad that was made with greens– I don’t like mixed greens. My husband brought the salad to the counter, explained my mistake, and the manager offered to make me a different salad. The manager Curtis was very helpful and kind. We were pleased with our visit. Thank you Curtis! :)

Stopped by for lunch, ordered the trio and they let me substitute one of the two salads for a soups. We didn’t wait long for our food, which was brought out by a friendly server. Everything was delicious. Left me full and satisfied. Definitely will be coming back.

My girlfriends and I had dinner there on Friday and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time! The food was on point(as usual), but the service was outstanding! I WILL be back

Our family favorite! Perfect sizes and fair price. Our daughter loves the kids pasta. First time we went they won us. At the time I told the lady it was our first time and they brought us a lemon cake to take home. Too much love. That’s why we weekly go back.

I know it is a chain but their chop salad is excellent and they have by far the best cookies in Austin. For a simple little lunch this is always good.

I’ve been eating here for sometime now and would certainly rate this place a little higher if the service wasn’t such crap.(it used to be fantastic) The breakfast is subpar and the potatoes are always cold because they are premade in the morning and served throughout the day. I approached the counter and spoke with a short Hispanic lady to tell her that two of the coffees were empty and they were out of half-and-half. The way she looked at me you would’ve thought that she was ready to fight. She then rolled her eyes turn to her right and walked away. A gentleman sitting in a booth in front of me had asked for some hot sauce and the Hispanic girl with her back to him pointed in the direction and said, «it’s over there». She was 2 feet from him and 2 feet from the hot sauce… Really? Learn some f-ing customer service! Sadly, this will be the last time I come to this location. There are way too many other places that would love to have my business and at least give me I contact when I speak to them.

Decided to try something new and stopped by Corner Bakery. Our group of three got a salad, pancakes and a breakfast panini. The pancakes were okay, bacon was tough, salad came out fine. My panini was forgotten and was served to me cold. Positives Coffee Dessert Both tastey Negatives Forgotten sandwich Bacon dropped by server said they would replace and did after prodding a second server

Wow. I have worked around here for years and never thought to stop by. The place is very clean and the customer service was AWESOME! The gentleman at the front counter, Thomas, was super nice and helped me with my lunch decision. The sriracha black bean soup, omg, to die for!

Corner is my most favorite place for a morning meet up in the Arboretum area. This place feeds the coffee and sweet lover alike. Of course, I opt for oatmeal and egg whites because this isn’t necessarily the place for my weekly cheat meal. Come in, enjoy the wifi and the friendly service. Corner Bakery won’t disappoint!

I really like Corner Bakery. The food is simple but good: salads, sandwiches, soups, etc. The portions are large and I usually have to take some home. The desserts are pretty great. I had a chocolate cake and lemon cake once for dinner and it tasted perfectly decadent. I’ve only been here for lunch and dinner but I’d love to go taste their breakfast. Prices are fair. Your total will probably be around $ 10 when you’re done. I love that they have calorie counts for all their food. However, to be honest, it rarely stops me from eating better than I should when I’m here :) The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly and other times you are barely acknowledged. Overall, it’s a good place to stop in when you are shopping around the Arboretum area.

Corner Bakery is a pretty run-of-the-mill establishment. Everything seemed clean enough and the food was decent, really nothing too memorable. The fruit cup I got as a side was a little mushy and the toast was a touch soggy, but the scramble itself wasn’t bad. A decent spot to step out for breakfast if you are staying at the adjacent Renaissance Hotel.

Here right now. Got the southwest salad and so far it tastes exactly like it’s description — which is good. And they went light on the dressing(I’ve been to too many places that douse your salad) The chicken in the salad is soggy — tastes like it was previously frozen. The quinoa tastes a but undercooked, and there’s cilantro in here(wasn’t advertised and I’m one of the few people that thinks cilantro tastes like soap). It’s a cold salad with little too no flavor. The place is busy, a good spot for a business lunch. I’d just recommend getting pasta — I am trying to avoid carbs so this was a compromise. 2⁄5 stars

This place has poor customer service! From the moment we ordered, our cashier acted like we were a nuisance. Even while filling up our coffee cups, said cashier waited impatiently next to us to fill her own cup. Then, after waiting 20 minutes they only bring my food and said that they had new cooks and were working on my wife’s. A few minutes later they bring her food. Our scrambled eggs had about a slice(thin) and a half of avocado, which was mainly brown/bruised. We happened to hear the guy next to us complain that his potatoes were cold and ended up leaving instead of waiting for more potatoes that were in the oven. By that time, he had already finished the rest of his meal and left without them. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Food is very good for daily breakfast but the employees are not friendly. Some of them look very unhappy and have no interests in customers.

Food at this place is good, but the prices have gone up considerably in the past few months. Half a sandwich and a cup of soup is $ 10? Really? Used to live this place for the value. Not anymore.

Good coffee and bakery items. Today I had the dark roast coffee which was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a pumpkin bunt muffin with a little bit of icing. The muffin is super moist — saving some for later. The icing is sweet and I like having just a little bit which the staff behind the counter pleasantly accommodated. The restaurant is clean, smells good and seems to be a great place for small meetings or just hanging around doing work at a table as they have free wi-fi.

I happened t be in the area and decided to check out this location. I really enjoyed the sandwich and the décor was pleasant, for a chain restaurant. I like this place.

Ok. Location wins here. They are close to my work and they offer reasonably priced breakfast platters for the office. Nothing is going to blow you away and I would even say you might not even be interested in returning after you have it but not because it is bad its just ok. We had the breakfast croissants and the coffee/hot chocolate. Co-workers really liked the coffee but they all have a coffee addiction so I don’t know if it is really any better than anywhere else. The eggs were fluffy but didn’t have a lot of flavor to them. The croissants were good but really how do you mess up a croissant? They are a better breakfast option than drive thru but I would probably just skip them and go get a good breakfast taco somewhere else.

Met someone here for a working lunch the other day. It gets crowded quickly during lunch. Friendly service and a great drink selection(several kinds of coffee, tea, lemonade, and soft drinks). The menu is pretty much salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. The food is ok. Not my first choice, but the drink selection and service would encourage me to try it again.

I used to love this place back home in Dallas and I think it’s a bit underrated here in Austin. It’s probably on the pricier end of the spectrum for lunch but they make a solid sandwich. I most recently ordered the chicken pesto and it wasn’t as pesto-y as I’d like but the chicken was fully cooked so I can’t complain. They also have a combo option if you want to mix it up with salad or soup. As a bonus, the black currant iced tea is excellent and the cookies are delicious.
