My SO’s father was transferred here for physical therapy. Did not give him proper care. Did not keep him in sanitary conditions. Those are two pretty huge problems for a hospital.
The staff mentality is that the next shift will take care of things, so of course, none of it is done. If you want any communication from the staff, you must initiate it yourself. If you want quality care for your loved one, unfortunately, you probably have to find it elsewhere.
