Corporate Couriers is the only courier company that we CONSISTENTLY have problems with.
Their couriers are always RUDE RUDE RUDE, and the one who came by today argued with me when I told him that we don’t accept deliveries at the front.
He stood there arguing with me, stinking up my lobby with his cigar smoke. «This says «Suite ###, not receiving.»
«Correct, but suite ### takes all it’s deliveries at the back»
«No, it’s for a person.»
«All deliveries are at the back.»
This went on for a good 3 minutes. I can tell you one thing for sure, when WE pay for courier services, we DO NOT use Corporate Couriers.

I needed a key driven to the body shop. I thought about Über-​ing it over there myself but that would cost about $ 25.
I called Corporate Couriers and they quoted a price just under $ 25 (no rush). They showed up on time and got the key where it needed to go.
I was very happy and plan on using them when I need something couriered at the office.

Just had a very bad experience with one of the Corporate Couriers drivers in the Austin area. My wife was parked at a loading zone in front of our office building unloading supplies when a driver for Corporate Couriers pulled up behind her, honked several times and told her to move so he could park in the spot. She politely declined and he continued to harass her from his car (thankfully he never got out). I was called down to assist her because she was scared.
The driver continued to tell her to move so he could pull into the spot, as though it was marked with only his name. Fortunately I got down there and was able to protect her from his continued harassment.
Then, to make matters worse, I called the company HQ and spoke to the owner/​manager, who listened patiently, and then proceeded to tell me that the driver was an independant contractor who he really didn’t have any control over — as in he can’t punish him or anything. He also told me that this surprised him and then vaguely implied that I might not be telling the truth.
I can assure you I am telling the truth, and I did remind the owner that I own a business which also utilizes independent contractors and that I would never use that as an excuse for terrible behavior. He was operating under the name of Corporate Couriers … period. Own it.

I’ve used Corporate Couriers off and on over the years (I work in the legal field). The customer service has always been spotty. Sometimes they are helpful and courteous, sometimes you can practically hear them groaning through the phone when you attempt to make an order. The manager (can’t recall his name) doesn’t have the best attitude. Definitely use someone else.
I found out today they closed my account due to an unpaid invoice amounting to approximately $ 20. This was for a job back in 2009, yet the first time I received the invoice was much, much later after their accounting department apparently did an audit of outstanding accounts. And I’ll admit it — I overlooked payment on the invoice even after they finally did send it to me. Still, if they bothered to contact me or follow up at any point, the $ 20 balance could have been taken care of. Instead, they apparently closed my account without notifying me or sending a reminder invoice. When I called them today they very curtly told me they couldn’t help me. FINE. If you’re going to be this way over $ 20, there are plenty of other places I can go.
