Covert Cadillac dealership in Austin is an awesome place to buy your Cadillac this is my third Cadillac Escalade and I truly am very very please with covert Cadillac. Mr. Joe Joseph lll was excellent he took all of the stress out of purchasing a new vehicle I can truly say that I am very very happy with my choice that I have selected and him as my Sales Professional… Good job Joe Joseph lll you are The Best At What You Do!

The service I receive at Covert Cadillac is the best I’ve ever had. Anywhere. When it comes time to trade in my 2009 CTS I will definitely go thru their sales team if they are as helpful as the guys in service. Shout out to Michael and Hillary. They are the best!

Once again I am very pleased with the service department at Covert Cadillac. I will purchase another Cadillac just because the service is so good. Michael Caps is my Rep/​Advisor. I have never taken my cars to the dealer for service but that has changed since I found Covert Cadillac service. That’s the highest recommendation in my book.

I recently leased a car through Covert Cadillac. I was only in the dealership because I HAD to get a new car, not because I WANTED to… BUT the experience was great. In the shopping process, I went to other luxury dealerships that didn’t treat me as well as Covert. I worked with Joe who gave me time to decide but also made sure he was available when I was getting closer to making a decision. Joe was friendly, listened to what I wanted, not pushy at all AND worked to get me a deal I am happy with!

Me and my fiancé were in the market for a new car to start our life together with. We had a lot of negative equity so we knew it was going to be tricky. John Newton went to bat for us and worked hard to get us in a brand new car with enough incentives along side a little cash down to cover our negative equity. We did the majority of the deal over the phone. Our finance guy, Gary, came in on his day off to wrap the deal up and get us on the road. The entire Covert team we met treated us like royalty, and showed genuine concern for our satisfaction. I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

I do not trust this dealership.
I had gotten financing separately from my credit union and visited this location with some specifics in mind. I wanted a low millage, black with black interior. I had a price in mind too. I was told that was impossible in a luxury vehicle. Which was complete nonsense. I went to Audi North Austin and purchased a 6000 mile, A4 with all options within my budget.
Everything is impossible because they want to move the vehicle they want not the vehicle that is best for you.

Purchased a 2016 Escalade w/​deposit in 2015. Easy ordering process thru my sales rep, Kent Fillmore. Knowledgable and fair pricing. Best part was the less than 30 min spent in dealership on closing. It was a painless process. I would recommend Covert Cadillac for their closing efficiency and their lack of add on’s (LoJack, advertising fees, etching, pinstripping, etc). The front window tinting was thrown in despite me asking for tinting prior to delivery.

Just bought a new SRX from Covert Cadillac and it was a perfect car buying experience. No pressure and I got a very fair deal on the purchase as well as the trade-​in. Everyone there was attentive and friendly and made me feel like part of the family.

When I picked up my car, it was a bit dusty after they washed it. The service manager called me that day, offered to detail the car any time, and paid for the gas that I used in my loaner because my car wasn’t delivered to expectations.
Great experience all the way around.

Everyone was beyond nice. When our car salesman (Amit) was going to grab us keys for a car to try out other staff members would stop by and check in to make sure we were alright. Fantastic place to shop.

Had my first service experience with Covert last week. Scheduling online was easy. I arrived and was greeted by my service advisor, who had a prinout of my request. I was there for scheduled maintenance, a recall item, and a couple of small warranty issues. He let me know that it would be a few days and that he would keep me updated, and then they got me into an SRX loaner and sent me on my way.
My car was in the shop longer than expected, but Kiser kept me updated on its status the whole time. Once the car was ready, I stopped by, and he discussed what had been done, what hadn’t been done, and why. I hopped back in my clean and improved ATS and drove off happy. They had fixed the little things that had needed fixing, offered great communication during the process, and well… that’s all I can ask from a dealership’s service dept. I happily maintain my original 5 star rating.

When I decided I was going to get a new car, I narrowed my choices to the Audi A4, BMW 3-​series, and Cadillac ATS. Cadillac ended up being the last dealership I visited, but honestly, I should’ve skipped the other two. Not only did the Cadillac drive better (and at a much better price), the staff at Covert was extremely helpful and courteous. At Audi, the salesperson talked down to me and seemed disinterested in my business. At BMW, I had to wait 20 minutes for one of the numerous salespeople to engage me.
At Covert, Kent Filleman began talking to me minutes after I arrived. Throughout the process, Kent made me feel like I was making the right choice — he was honest, knowledgeable, and just great to work with all around. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision and worked hard to ensure I was getting the best deal. I also got introduced to the entire Covert team, all of whom were equally welcoming and helpful.
Hopefully I’m not in the market for a car again any time soon, but if I am, Covert will be my first stop. And if anyone I know in the area starts car shopping, I’m going to point them in Kent’s direction.

I fully trust their service work. Nathan Kiser has been an incredible service advisor for me. The customer service has been top notch, from the person that greets me to the person that gives my car back. I won’t have my car serviced anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Covert Cadillac and can’t say enough nice things about how I was treated from the second I walked through the front doors. I knew coming in that I was very interested in the Cadillac SRX, as I had just seen the vehicle for the first time the weekend before at the Austin Auto Show. I had already been given the whole song and dance about how great the car was by the lady at the Auto Show, so I didn’t want to have to go through that all over again… just wanted to go for a test drive and get a quote. So I told my sales associate that, and he respected that through the entire process. He wasn’t pushy, asked all the right questions, and did his very best to accommodate all my needs/​wants when it came to selling me this car. The whole experience was very professional from start to finish, and when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I felt very comfortable and not like I had been taken advantage of in any way shape or form. Covert actually went above and beyond and followed me back to my home in my old vehicle and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle when it was ready to go! Wow!!!
A special thanks to Amit in Sales who was with me through the whole process. And another special thanks to the entire team at Covert Cadillac who came to tell me «congratulations» on my new car! I look forward to the great customer service I will receive while I have my Cadillac. Once you buy a car, and have no payments, then you mean nothing to them. I got the run around from 4 people and I was supposed to get a complimentary oil change. Because of course, my time means nothing, I should drive around and find the right guy. No I don’t need to go to work. No I don’t have time constraints. No I would not like a cup of coffee. No, I just wanted to get there at 7:30 to be ignored. Hell, even the useless girls who just answer the phones and transfer calls couldn’t even be bothered to connect me or leave a message with the guy who sold me the car.
Because the guy who sold me the car was honest and a fellow vet, I give this place a 1. But I will not be returning. Every little counts to me, and if these little things mean nothing to them then I can only wonder how something big fits into their big picture.
I will not buy a car from this dealership EVER again nor would I encourage anyone I know to spend their hard earned money at a place of business that could care less about them, or their time, or the small things.

Always a good experience with the service department, especially my advisor, Kaiser. Also, the ladies behind the desk are super nice and one even knows me by name. Very friendly and caring staff.

They always take such good care of me and my baby (XLR) they are very professional and courteous and I am never disappointed with the service it is TOP NOTCH!
