Charlie Crenshaw came to our home to explain options and to evaluate the system wiring that previous owner had installed. He was able to utilize and build on what we already had. This saved us hundreds of dollars as he updated and installed the newest system. We are very happy with the system. And customer service is stellar. Highly recommend.

We had a alarm installed several years ago by Crenshaw and we never had any problems with it. We now decided to get rid of the home phone line to save money (who uses one anymore anyway) but any time the line was disconnected the alarm would beep over and over. So i called and instead of them trying to charge me money for some one to come reprogram the system they just had a technician call me and he told me what to do and it worked perfect, thanks it is great service
