I wish I could write a review like the ones already posted but I can’t. I was very disappointed
with the two photo facials I received. I felt like I didn’t even have a treatment because it did nothing at all. I’ve had them for the last ten years and this was a waste of my money.

I just had my first of what will be several visits with Allison. She is a delight – very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I can’t wait to go back.

Allison is truly gifted at her craft. From the moment you walk in her door, her gentle and kind personality put you at ease. She is very knowledgeable about her tools and provides plenty of information about what she is doing, how she is doing it, and why. I have done series of photo facials and microdermabrasion, and my skin is on its way to looking fabulous. Treatments are never uncomfortable, and she gets me out the door in a reasonable time, without ever feeling rushed. She also carries a fantastic line of (cruelty free) face products that are reasonably priced. I always look forward to my appointments at Crestview Laser!

I’ve been to Crestview Laser twice now for laser treatments and am very happy with my visits. Allison is very knowledgable with her lasers. She makes sure I’m comfortable during the treatments. She cares about my skin just as much as I do. I will continue to use Crestview Laser for all my skincare needs.

I am new to the world of lasers. Allison did a very through explanation of what she could achieve and what I needed to have done. I even asked for something she said I did not need. How any times does that happen? She could have just sold me whatever I asked for. I have been very happy with my results! Thank you Allison for your professionalism and integrity.

I just went to Crestview Laser last night for the first time and had a photofacial. Allison is the best! She is full of knowledge and very gentle. The laser she uses is top notch! I will be making my followup 3 week appointment soon. I’ve been to other places and Allison is by far the best.

I have been a long-​time laser and photo facial client of multiple places around Austin. I have rosacea and have had many treatments that were super expensive and produced minimal results. I bought a package deal from Allison and she emailed me to schedule which was nice, and she was very professional and friendly as well. Her system also sends out reminder texts and emails and appointment confirmations so you don’t have to worry if you’re like me and forget to set a reminder on your phone.
I had my appointment with Allison today and was so impressed with her demeanor and professionalism. She’s very personable and friendly and obviously knows a lot about laser and skin conditions. I saw immediate results from the vein treatment for legs and for the capillaries on my cheeks. It was visibly improved right away (which is a first for me), not nearly as painful as some treatments I’ve had done, and very quickly finished for all the services we did in the one appointment. I’m amazed at how the device she uses covers so many types of treatments.
Her office itself is a small, clean, well-​lit and intimate setting… no receptionist or other people that you have to worry about overhearing what treatments you need and no crazy perfumed air like so many laser/​aesthetic clinics have.
All in all I do and will recommend Crestview Laser Aesthetics to anyone who needs any of the services she provides. It was a way-​above experience compared to the many similar businesses I’ve used in the past and very affordable and thorough to boot.

I live in the Denver area where there are plenty of options for photo facials. A few years ago I was in Austin visiting a friend who told me about Body Brite which is where I first met Allison. I was very nervous at first because when you hear the word laser you don’t know what to think. Allison made it very easy, letting me know where she was using the laser, what areas were going to me more sensitive to the light, etc. These little sun spots and wrinkles looked better after 2 sessions.
I usually visit the Austin area about 9 times a year and was so happy to find out that Allison started her own business. I will be seeing her the next time I am in Austin and for the remainder of these wrinkles.
