Friendly people. Great customer service. And a great selection of Beer, including a variety of IPA’s.

Absolutely love this corner store! There is one a little closer to my house but the customer service at THIS corner store is priceless. The owner is almost always there when I stop by (evenings) and always has a smile on his face. Always pleasant to chit chat with and genuinely cares about stocking things that his regulars would like to see.
Their beer and wine selection is stacked, like Brent said, too. So if you’re a local that likes to switch things up with different beers or wines whenever it tickles your fancy, this is definitely where you want to stop.
Customer service and variety is the way to my wallet, and this place has it. I look forward to funding their colorful selection of products (like colored «halloween /​costume» contact lenses, e-​cig stuff, fancy lighters and trinkets, wines, beers, and snacks oh my!) for the foreseeable future. Viva la Cypress Mart!

They sell electronic cigarette supplies that don’t suck! Fluid, replacement Ego batteries, and disposable clearomizers. Few convenience stores have that in the city.

What is there to say about a gas station /​convenience store? Well, they’re the closest pump on my way out of the neighborhood so I get most of my gas there. and they’re the last store my way into the neighborhood, so I get most of my beer there.
They have a good selection of beer. It’s not too overpriced. They’re friendly. It’s worth a go if you live in the Cypress Mill, Lakeline Oaks, Hunters Glen Neighborhoods and enter from Little Elm and 620.
It’s a pretty average place (three stars), but I give it an extra one because there isn’t much directly around to compete with it.
