DO NOT USE. This is the most irresponsible, infuriating rug service in Austin. I had my area living room rug cleaned by Deep Eddy Carpets. It also needed to be cut and bound. A simple job requiring a few hours at best. Deep Eddy sends this work out to D & D. My rug has been sitting at D & D for over 3 weeks! When the Deep Eddy staff finally contacted D & D to determine status of my rug, they were told it was not yet completed and that they didn’t know when the work will be done. Totally open-​ended. Multiple follow-​up calls today were met with only voice mail and no return calls. I have called personally and e-​mailed, with no return communication to me. These jerks are holding my rug hostage a week from Christmas. I can’t even put up my tree. I have arranged for another service — Stephens Carpet Service — to do the work. If I can get it to them, they can complete the work in two days time. This place really sucks so please do not throw them your business under any circumstances!
