So I am a first time home buyer. I sought out DR Horton because i thought that’s where i’d get the most for my money and the newest home. I also had heard good things. I did my pre qualify stuff on their website and was supposed to be dealing with a Janet Thomas. I also called 5 different DR Horton Realtors and left 5 separate voice mails. In 72 hours I have yet to hear back from anyone. Not a one. Guess they dont need or want to sell a home.
Now I also did the pre qualify with Colonial. They in 72 hours have done all sorts of things in order to get me approved. Numerous of calls, emails, ect… I can TELL they want to help me. Can’t tell that at all with DR. Horton.
I’ll look elsewhere thank you.

We purchased a new house from Joe Cho at pioneer crossing west. Everything went smoothly, the house went up quickly, Jo responds to email and calls quickly. Financed with DR Horton, easier than expected. Very pleased with the whole process.
