It’s difficult to imagine better care. I had a filling come loose last night and by 10 am it was back in. Everyone is professional, personable and kind.

I have had very frustrating time with Dr. Evans office staff. The actual dental part of the appointment was fine. I received his name from a fellow RN that I work with who knows him personally and highly recommended him.
I called the office to make an appointment and specifically asked them if they would check to make sure they took my insurance The woman assured me she had and I was covered there. At the time of the appointment I once again asked to make sure I was covered and was assured it was fine.
A couple of weeks after the appointment I received a bill for $ 338.00. I was thoroughly horrified and confused as my appointment was for cleaning and x-​rays which should have been covered 100%. I called the office and the receptionist told me I wasn’t covered with them. I told the woman that I would have to make payments and she told me that was fine. I made a payment after that then never got another bill.
I received a bill from a collection agency a few months later for the whole amount. I called the dental office and was told that they must not have had my address and that is why I was sent to collection. I know they had my address because I received the first bill but I gave them my address again and I received three more bills which I paid each one then the bills stopped again.
Again now I have received another collection agency bill and the amount which the dentist office reported was for the initial amount. They had ignored the amounts that I had already made.
I am very disappointed that the dentist was not satisfied with my monthly payments since they are the one that made the mistake by telling me I was covered when I wasn’t.
Is this how Dr Evans runs his office?

I’ve known Dr. Evans since elementary school when we were classmates. His father — Charles Evans — was my orthodontist and fit me in braces as a teenager. I went to Dr. Evans for a routine dental examination. The experience was wonderful. The staff is pleasant. The office is very nice. Dr. Evans and his team provided a wonderful and professional examination and cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Daren Evans gets five stars because they always try to work you in even though they are a busy office. Their pain management policies are 21^st Century (and they even have nitrous oxide gas for pain management). If you are in pain in the evenings or weekends, Dr. Evans is willing and able to call in a prescription to your choice of pharmacy (dental pain always seems to occur during off hours!). Clinicians are first-​rate, very well trained, give great cleanings and service, and really care about you. Office is clean, neat, and at the end of your visit you get gobs of free samples. Front desk is efficient and really works with you on insurance.
