Bad attitude. When Bill found out I would not be framing more artwork he bluntly told me «it was nice doing business with you» and walked away. I had a lithograph framed costing my 3x what my friend paid for the same piece of art. The first time I brought it home, it was not centered properly. The second time, I discovered they used regular glass when I paid for upgraded glass. They replaced the glass, with nothing more than sorry for your inconvenience. When Bill found out I had no more art work to frame in the near term he turned his back and walked away. Where is your customer service?

Best framing shop in Austin, hands down! I have learned my lesson about the big coupons at Michael’s and Hobby Lobby. They will jack the price up and then discount. The quality isn’t even close, and Davis Gallery’s pricing is always fair. Highly recommend!

We met with John who would be framing our piece and speaking with him left me very reassured with his expertise. I trust our first piece of artwork will be in good hands.

Bill and John really know how to fix a broken frame and give it a new life. They fixed my 36 X 48 painting frame, joined the sides and touched up the paint to make it look brand new. John also reinforced my hanger string without me asking. i really appreciate you taking care of my artwork guys!
