Paul is the best. Called back and forth when my email was being spotty, got me internet that same day for am amazing price. Even wished me a happy birthday. Thanks Paul and DeepCoolClear!!!

This service is crap. Any time I go somewhere to use wifi, and I see this crap, I almost want to leave.
It’s slow. It’s ridiculously overly filtered. It loses connectivity every 10 minutes.

I have no clue what this company does, other than «provide information». The internet is twc, the technician that will come out is with twc, and the parts (modem, cable, etc) I may lease are from twc. They say they’re even the same price as twc, though today twc was actually cheaper. Nothing major, just like five bucks. The guy from dcc wouldn’t even talk to me until I emailed them my street address to see if I qualify for their service (?). I had someone on the phone, had to hang up, email them, wait for a response, then call back just to have questions answered. After I was informed everything is twc, I asked why I should give them my money and not just go through twc. He had no answer. Click. I call twc, they get what info they need over the phone, and tell me everything I needed to know. Person to person, no emails or nonsense.

DCC: Um Im sorry I’m going to not take this on right now.
Me: Buuut, you haven’t even heard or asked what I needed? Is this for real? Why are you marketing services you don’t provide?

I’m a frequent whole foods customer and they use Deep Cool Clear for their wireless. When I had an issue with the wireless at my Whole Foods in Chicago they were very helpful and I had a great time dealing with them. I’d highly recommend dealing with them in the future!

They got me back on Time Warner by being far more helpful than the customer service at TWC ever was. I’ll still drop TWC the moment a better service is available in my area but this company was top notch.

If you are trying to get RID of Time Warner, then steer clear of these guys, as they are NOW a part of Time Warner!!!

Wow! Very impressed. I called Girish for some advice on my current setup and he knew his stuff VERY well. I have way too many internet connected devices in my house and my cable modem apparently is pretty poor. He advised me on all of my options and then told me what it would cost to use his services and told me how I could fix the issue on my own. I’m very impressed with his knowledge, his kindness, his amazingly quick replies via email to my issues, and his willingness to help. These guys are great. I wish every ISP had a local branch office like DeepCoolClear to go into. It would be a much more pleasant experience. Call these guys if you have any issues with Internet. I will. Internet speeds are slow, but that was expected knowing that DeepCool acts as a subcontractor for Clear (speeds often vary between 3 — 6 Mbps download and 1Mbps upload). However, the customer service is great. I had to switch devices in the beginning because I discovered that a VoiP phone that I have can not be used with the first device I got, and Girish was lightning fast in switching my month-​to-​month contract to the new device without any signs of annoyance because getting me started required twice the work and time as it would most other customers. I was impressed. All in all, internet speeds are mediocre but the customer service is great. And month-​to-​month billing is an added bonus.

Unfortunately, just received a message from Girish that DeepCoolClear just partnered with TWC to offer broadband. :-(
I guess DCC will realize their mistake when Google Fiber launches. Too bad, could have been a great alternative to big corporation’s shoddy service.

In my search for internet service providers I turned to Unilocal and Unilocal delivered! DeepCoolClear had twelve 5 star reviews, which clearly outpaced all competitors. DeepCoolClear resells Clear Internet, which covers most major cities across the United States. Clear Internet Austin doesn’t have the greatest reviews, but the complaints are mostly about their customer service. With DeepCoolClear you’re not dealing with a huge call center thousands of miles away, you’ll be working with Girish in Austin, Texas. He is very easy to deal with and was willing to accommodate me on a Saturday. I purchased the mobile unit with 4G internet, unlimited data, and no contract for $ 50 per month. The unit is portable, easy to set up, great speed, and I haven’t had any problems!

This was unbelievably easy! Girish was very nice and accommodating. I got the mobile unit which is quite small and I can take it wherever like the pool to still have internet or if i move I just take it with me. SO easy and I love no contract! i’ve been streaming movies while working on lots of other stuff and no problem or delay. Girish also emailed me to check in to see if I had any questions or problems.

I recently moved to a condo in South Central and was looking for the most affordable, best service wireless internet I could find. This is it. There are no contracts, just a flat rate that is very affordable (plus no modem rental fee!). Girish was very helpful and set me up with internet service the same day I called — he also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I just moved into an apartment near downtown Austin, and, having no need or desire for either cable or phone service, opted to try DeepCoolClear (chosen after reading reviews here!). The Clear service works great, and Girish was very helpful in getting me set up and running. So far, so good! I’d also note that the price is quite reasonable, cheaper in fact than the other ISP providers.

Deep Cool Clear has done a fantastic job of maintaining the web site for Design Build Lighting. They have been very responsive to our requests and we appreciate their professional input.

I own and operate a successful coffee shop in Austin. We have as many as 80 wifi users at one time on a regular basis. I spent almost two years banging my head against the wall trying to manage it myself. You name it, we tried it. We paid for multiple lines, we bought the best routers we could find, changed service providers, threw money at anyone we thought could help us, and consulted with everyone we thought might be able to help us.
Nothing we tried was able to fix the problem. We’d pay someone to come out to find that our router had been hacked and the settings reset. They would fix it only for it to get hacked again in a few days. We’d get letters from our different providers that people were abusing the wifi and using our line to download things illegally. We saw Unilocal review after Unilocal review complaining of our poor wifi. What could we do? We were doing EVERYTHING we knew of. It seemed people thought that we just didn’t care but that was not the case. We just didn’t know how to fix the problem and it seemed neither did anyone else. That is until Murray from DeepCoolClear came along!
I wish I could speak about all the things he has done for us, but half of them are above my head! I know this: now we get Unilocal reviews talking about how much our internet has improved! No matter what problem we have that is internet related, Murray has the answer and he has it right when you need it.
Our new wifi managed by DeepCoolClear is able to easily handle our 80 plus users simultaneously. Murray also has a plan in place for us if our needs increase. If people are abusing our wi-​fi by using bit torrent, etc. the new system identifies their computer and automatically kicks them off after a certain period of time freeing up the bandwidth for everyone else. When needed, he works with our POS creator to work out kinks there. Even when we are just doing things wrong, when it is totally operator error, he helps us out without a second thought.
I’m trying to remember all of the wonderful things DeepCoolClear is doing for us, but there are just so many! I believe our POS has priority when it comes to the internet so our credit card transactions are no longer affected (slowed down) by a high volume of customers. We haven’t received any complaints from our service provider about illegal downloads since DeepCoolClear began managing our wifi. They can produce reports and graphs for us to show us just exactly what’s going on all the time when we have questions and they are available ²⁴⁄₇ to answer those questions. I have yet to call Murray and get a voicemail at the end of the line.
I guess my only complaint is that I didn’t find these guys 2 years ago! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about them. Do yourself and your business a favor and use DeepCoolClear to manage your public wifi!
