The Shamrock gas station near 71 and S. 1st is in outer space. Their prices are routinely about 20 cents higher than the 7 – 11 and Shell just down the block, and the service there isn’t that great, either. I also noticed while driving by that their pumps were covered/​shut off for the last week and a half or so.
The only good thing about this place is the taco truck that they’ve allowed to set up in their parking lot. Some of the best breakfast tacos in all of Austin, and only $ 2 each!
