My family has used State Farm for over 30 years and I transferred my policy to Dick when I moved to Austin.
Nice guy, friendly and with good office staff. On a number of occasions they’ve gone the extra mile for me.
One of the nice bonuses of working with SF and Dick has been no-​hassle claims. My claims are pretty few and far between and so they don’t jerk me around, nickle and dime, or any of those other frustrating tactics that some other agencies use. Its been pretty nice and easy every time (as much as having to file a claim can be nice and easy).

Horrible customer service, Id rather drive 10 minutes to another agent. Hope to transfer all my insurance over sooner than later.
