Domino’s Pizza

Horrible delivery experience. First they called after 30 min and said that they didn’t get the order right and had to start the order again. They apologized and said that my next order would be on the house. I don’t believe that for a second. When my order got here, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I called but I didn’t have the time to mess with it. Never again!

Staff is always great. Pizza always on time and the prices can’t be beat. Delivery guys are good too!

I don’t know what’s happened to this Domino’s recently, but the service and quality is terrible. Tried to call in an order in the morning, but no one answered the phones. I ended up driving to the location only to be told they had just turned the ovens on and that it would be 30 – 40 minutes. This location has become very poorly managed and I would think twice about using them for reliable service.

Garbage management team. I ordered online and everything was wonderful as we watched the tracker tick by. At 5:30 the order was placed and at 6:03 it was out the door for delivery. Not bad for newt ears eve. After 45 minuets we got a call from the driver claiming to be lost inside of apartment complex. We gave him directions. 15 min later he calls back still lost. Again we give him directions inside the 14 building complex. It’s not that serious, all the building have giant numbers on them and they are in order. The third thin he called he says he found the building but is not back at the entrance and wants us to come to the front to pick up the food from him. What’s the point of delivery if you have to go get it? I call the store and the phone just rings. No answer so I call back but am immediately put on hold. They never come back. Then I get a person and I explain my situation and she seems to care but can’t do anything to help except call the driver. By now the food has been out for delivery for over an hour. After I call back I get Adam the manager in training and this is when it goes south fast. He states that although we order online and this is the store we were routed to its out of his area and he will do nothing to help us. We ask for a refund and he goes on to explain that he does not know how to do that since it was online.
How do you find the complex but not the building the. Find the building but can’t find the apartment? The worst part was the lack of empathy from the management. I’m now concerned what they would do to my food so I won’t be going back.
All of this could have been made right at several different points in this night.

Order was over an hour late, when I called to complain the manager didn’t even care. We are literally right down the street. Was very disappointed.

Fast delivery — love the tracker thing they have. The pizza was DELICIOUS — driver was fast and nice. I used to hate Dominos — they are now my top choice. All the changes they have made over the last year or two — new fav.

USED TO BE the best pizza in the area and by far the best delivery and customer service.
NEW OWNERSHIP now and the pizza quality has dropped significantly and the delivery times have more than doubled. Very sad to see.
Any recommendations for a good pizza with good delivery in Four Points?

On a $ 45 order we get pizza that is half air bubble. The cheese stuck to the top of the box and shorted 4 bites. When attempted to call the store no one wants to answer their phone.

Fast, good pizza and good service!

I tried to place orders for my business today. The website is buggy and kept on confusing which location I was choosing. I spent an hour and a half to order for two locations and then had a call from this location telling me that they don’t deliver to my address. The fools did a month ago and the website picked this spot.

This Domino’s is always quick and has our order correct! :)

Best pizza delivery around! I’ve ordered several times from this particular location and have never been disappointed! Fast and hot pizza! I’ve had delivery from other pizza joints around here and Domino’s is by far the best! Thanks so much for great customer service!

I wanted to avoid this place for a while, because I remember as a kid that we ordered domino’s when we couldn’t afford «good» pizza. Well, my wife and I decided to give this one a shot because it’s cheap and right around the corner. It turns out that this was a good idea because this domino’s is fantastic. The quality I seriously improved since I was a kid. The flavored all have a nice pop to them and the ingredients seem to be fairly high quality. It’s not just the pizza that’s good either. The chicken is great and the pasta is pretty decent as well. I enjoy using the phone app because I can see what stage my order is in (which is mostly helpful so that I know just how much time I’ve got to find my wallet), and since I’m a bit geeky I also have the app that tracks it on my watch. The best way to order seems to be online since you can find a bunch of really good coupons. The one my wife and I use most often is the one that lets you pick two different items for 5.99 $ each. We typically get two two topping medium pan pizzas which is enough food for three meals a piece for us. That’s a better deal than any other pizza place around us and it still tastes pretty great.
The delivery drivers are also friendly and most of them are pretty decent at engaging in small talk. Make sure to tip these guys well. Speaking from personal experience, delivering pizzas can get really stressful and sometimes that extra 5 $ will really make their day.
If you want good cheap pizza, chicken, and pasta, this is the place to go, or have come to you as might be the case.

Always super fast, polite and professional. It’s been said this Domino’s location is the best in Austin. I believe it. I used to work for Domino’s on Mesa Drive. It sure wasn’t that good :-) not the same crew over there either so they might have improved.
Just add a Dutch Apple pizza comparable to Gattis and everything will be just awesome.

This location is TERRIFIC! Our family orders weekly. They have made a mistake twice. However, they immediately corrected it. Great consistency. Keep it up and Thank you

I love their new deep dish pizzas but they only coming medium I wish they’d in large. The Service and speed are very good and the prices isn’t aren’t too bad

It took only 16 minutes from the time I placed my order online to the moment my doorbell rang with a friendly delivery guy holding my piping hot pizza. I kid you not. I don’t even know how that’s possible but I was happily surprised! Also, from a past experience, I have to add that the store manager (young girl, can’t remember her name…) is awesome. Whatever she is doing she’s doing it right :)

This is my go-​to for pizza in Four Points. It’s in the shopping center in front of Home Depot, and everything is always good. I tend to order online because the pizza builder website for Dominos is awesome and interactive. The pizza tracker is cool too. It lets you know who’s prepping your pizza and when it’s ready so you can go pick it up.
My order is always fresh and ready when I arrive. I prefer Dominos to other chains. Great crust and sauce, and they have a good selection of toppings. The stuffed cheesy bread and the Parmesan bites are amazing too.
The staff is always nice, and I never have to wait. They make the whole process quick and easy. Just pick up a bottle of red on the way there or back, and have a good evening!
