So yesterday I ordered pizzas online and as I picked them up inside it took a bit due to them being busy. As I waited 1 employee made of my last name with another employee not realizing I was standing there hearing him. As there was some confusion on my order I told the manager Quentin about what his employee did and he completely ignored me and said my order was free. I asked him if he heard what he said n said yes that’s why my order was free not even apologizing, I have no issue paying for my order but his managerial skills need to be addressed along with the employee. I left that store feeling embarrassed as other customers heard what I said.

I’ve ordered a few times and it’s always pretty fast and good service. We haven’t had any wrong orders and the pizza is always hot and good :).

Sent me a pizza that was burnt. Called back delivered a second pizza that looked like it was drop kicked up the stairs. Asked for refund to my card. Told me the money would be back in 2 days. I waited 5 and they did not refund me. Went back they said order was never voided. I should receive money in two to three more 5 again. No refund.

I live close by this one which makes it my dominos. I would say 90% of the time I get delivery OR take out my order is wrong. I order at least 2 times a month too(not anymore). It’s just simple things like forgetting sauces that I ordered. Pizza is usually good however a 1 star is for usually forgetting items in my order! Always check you order from this one as they do not have it together.

They had a FLYINMYPIZZA! DONTORDERFROMTHISPLACE. All they did was give me another pizza but I was hoping to get their corporate number that they didn’t give

Okay, I was not a fan of Domino’s Pizza, but I ordered from this store since it was close to where I work. I was not disappointed, the service was quick and courteous, and the pizza was pretty good. So, I have ordered from here often since, and all is still kosher. great job guys.

I’ve ordered from this Dominos for over 9 years. They consistently do a great job on the food, the drivers are speedy and friendly, and the staff is always friendly. Great job guys — ill keep coming in :)

Hand tossed is pretty good but the pan was awful. The managers specials are a good value for family dining or if you are looking for cheap eats. For you mushroom lovers the shrooms are fresh and not canned. The sausage is nothing special but it is bland enough to be safe for kids.

Not sure what came over us, but we decided on ordering takeout pizza. Online ordering was easy & efficient. Delivery super fast. Hence the 2 stars. But the Quality of the pizza & specialty sub, ugh, for lack of a better word, disgusting. We were ravenous, and the mushroom & spinach was overcooked, stale & tasted worse than grocery store pizza. A simple thin crust 2-topper went wrong. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and most of all, it was just vile. The rest unfortunately, went into the garbage. Yeah wasted calories, time & a huge lesson. You pay for the delivery & of course a generous tip, expecting decent pizza. Oh well, lesson learned… On a high note, the delivery guy was nice & efficient.

Don’t use this one. Order is never right, they have had to come back after delivery to bring missing items. Then they went back on their promise of a credit. Find another pizza place to use, or at least another location of this chain.

I’m reviewing Domino’s — GASP. Shut up. Here’s the impression that our Domino’s has left upon me since we started ordering from this particular location 2 years ago: General happiness and satisfaction. I just started a thread where people could share great deals and specials and the whole thing was inspired by a current deal(expires on the 19th) of 50% off each pizza you order online. I got some guff — as Austinites are wont to snub chains and fast food as per the Oath of Snobbery we all have to take when we’ve been here at least 3 years — for ordering chain delivery pizza instead of some elevated, truffle oil drizzled handmade local pie. And it got me defiantly thinking: Why not give Domino’s the praise they’re due? So, here’s the thing that makes me love Domino’s: My last order of a 1 large, three topping and 1 small 2 topping came out to $ 13.00 with that online deal. They run specials like this all the time. And every day, you can order medium, 1 toppings for $ 5.99 each. So — they’re wallet friendly. Second — ever since the company relaunched themselves and leaned hard on the campaign of «You said we suck — we listened — we’re going to get better. Way better» — they truly did improve leaps and bounds. I like the new crust, I like their sauce, I love their online ordering system. Their online ordering system is perfect when you set up your profile. I log in, I can hit re-order and it just repeats the last thing I ordered, then the graphics«act out» what process your order is in and when it’s out for delivery. You even know the name of your drive and your pizza cook right there on the screen — which allows you to complain or praise where due. I like that. Finally, I’ve never had to wait more that 45 minutes for my deliver, and usually get it way faster than that AND I have never had a driver who was anything but chipper, polite, prompt and pleasant. Seriously, if I just want to sit in my sweatpants on the couch and shovel delicious pizza into my mouth, I order from Domino’s. And I’m a little freaked out, too, at how much thought I put into this. Again — shut up.

I ordered online… easy. Waited about 45 min(estimated 30 min deliver time). Their online tracking said my ordered was delivered by Kai. I called and was told they did not have my apt number. I was looking at it online… they’ve delivered here multiple times so not sure how they couldn’t see it or have found me in the past w/o it. So, had to wait another 30 min for them to remake my order since it was cold by now. Then Kai shows up and doesn’t have a receipt for me to sign… or a pen that works… and acts like he’s stoned. They got the order wrong too. Will go back to Austin Pizza or Gattis.

Best dominoes in the area. Their pizzas are always cooked well and delivered fast. The employees at the location are nice, too, for takeout orders.

The invention of online ordering has to be up there with the better mouse trap and sliced bread! We have ordered from our local store at Slaughter and Manchaca several times and have never been disappointed. Always fast and friendly service and a consistency you can count on. Not to mention great pizza!

The Domino’s at this location is awesome! And it is so simple to order online that we have at least twice a month for almost a year. What makes them awesome: — delivery is scary fast, so the food is super-hot and fresh — the delivery driver is always(every single time) polite, friendly, and smiling — pizza, sandwiches, and wings are consistently great — if you place an order that seems odd to them(pizza with no cheese) they will actually phone you to verify your order instead of guessing(awesomeness!) — and they have these nasty, little, single-serving lava cakes that I am so completely addicted to… we order extra because they are so yummy hot and still yummy cold the next day(though I would never admit to anyone that I consume such things) — if you pay in cash they will automatically apply coupons for you(that you didn’t take the time to do online) so your bill is about ½ what you are expecting when they arrive. They get 5 stars because they exceed my expectations for fast-food pizza.

Typical for Domino’s taste… each time everything is made a little different so you know it’s not being pulled out of a freezer. I want to give 4 stars because this location — unlike my Magnolia one — has GREEN olives as a topping! But I give 3 because I HATE that garlic margarine yuckness they slap all over the crust. If I wanted all of that I would ask for the liquid oil stuff they call a dipping sauce. I just want bread thanks! The drivers are always prompt and polite. This trip the door was rapped with«shave and a haircut» so before I answered the door I knocked the«two bits.» The delivery guy was wearing a HUGE smile at that and said«Nice!» I wish I could move this location employees and all down to Magnolia.

This dominos is sort of hidden in the corner of a complex but once you find it, it makes life so much easier. This is an average dominos. With the typical layout. Domino’s has upped its game and their pizzas are tasting better than ever. The crusts on the new pizzas are quite good and I’d recommend them to try. I wish they would include a sauce in their pizzas like Papa Johns does though.
