Doors 4 Home

If this review was based solely on the doors, it’d be 5 stars. However, there were some customer service snafus along the way.
was the only place I could find 3′ wide french doors. I had my builder order them for me and Doors4Home was able to customize sidelights to meet my sizing requirements. Unfortunately during the ordering process, my builder ordered the doors early December, but the order didn’t go through until right before the holidays. This made the wait time weeks longer than expected and delayed my home renovation significantly since we needed the doors to do a pre-​drywall inspection. Also, when he placed the order Doors4home processed the transaction FOUR times. So he had 4 temporary charges on his account for thousands of dollars. Sure, it’d go away eventually, but it would put a hold on other transactions until it did. Annoying.
Other than those two issues, the doors delivered in perfect order and now that they’re installed they look fantastic.

Our entire expereice with Doors 4 Home has been amazing. From the moment we walked into the Austin store we were treated as valued customers. We received wonderful, knowledgeable and very friendly service directly from the owner, Adi. He listened to our ideas and led us in the right direction. He guided us through the process with ease. We chose a gorgeous new front door and spectacular hardware from his extensive selection. He understood our price range and did not try persuade us to spend more than we planned on.
Our door arrived today… on time and damage free!
I cannot wait to see our transformed front entryway!
