Douglas Parker

I was about to send Doug an email asking how I could review him, and I thought I’d see if he had a Unilocal page first…
He is the the best! We closed a couple weeks ago, and I could not be happier with his work. We are first time buyers and this is really stressful if you have not been through it before! There are some hurdles and potential problems that can derail the whole thing, but Doug was always calm and had an informed answer for every question/​issue that came up. He worked late. He always answered the phone. He saved us money by slowing us down a bit when we were overly eager. He is very honest. He hounded the lazy mortgage people. He pointed things out that we would have never thought to consider as first timers (too numerous to list here).
The real icing on the cake though, is that Doug is fee based, and will save you quite a bit of money vs handing over the standard 3 percent to a standard agent. I would recommend him though, no matter the fee, because he made this arduous process much less painful.
