I’ve been training at Driven for three years and these guys and gals are the best. They utilize state of the art training techniques and equipment and are constantly evolving the workout regimen to keep their athletes in a steady state of improvement. Most importantly, they are great people with a great knack for motivation.

I have been training at Driven about 1.5 years. It is hands down the best workout régime I’ve ever done. I always participate in the group classes, which are offered many times a day throughout the week. There are usually 2 days a week of strength which entail weight lifting exercises. I’ve been exposed to a lot of new and different exercises, as well as lifting weights that I never thought I’d be able to lift. The other days of the week we do a lot of different exercises that are usually in a circuit. Sometimes there are relays or competing for your own personal best record. The workouts are tough and effective, but the best part of Driven is the team. Andy and co(Alex, Robert, Anthony) are all very knowledgeable and attentive. You can tell they really care about helping their clients get fit.

I began going to Driven Performance via ClassPass and loveee it. I always go to Alex’s classes, she’s a boss b*tch in lulemon. I’ve only ever done the weight training classes, but here’s what I dig: — Super personalized training. The afternoon class I go to is typically maybe 8 people and five or so trainers. — Circuit based with different stations, you’ll definitely be pushed. It’s a small space and your trainer will stick with you for the most part and keep track of your reps /increases. — Circuits change every week so it keeps things fresh! Especially recommend if you haven’t done weights in a while or have never done them, will make you feel confident in the gym again + the trainers are all just really awesome.

Beats any crossfit and significantly cheaper. I did the group courses for a couple months, they have two types of classes: — A circuit based training class like crossfit with 11 different stations, definitely exhausts your cardio every time — A more intensive weight training class for muscle gain If you combine the two and stick with it, you’ll be in significantly better shape in no time. The staff there is very knowledgeable(many have graduate degrees in kinesiology), and the afternoon class size was typically small. If you’re looking for effective group based workouts, this is the spot
