Think maybe some people had a bad experience because they were unaware of how the program works or maybe didn’t understand the agreement. I have dealt with other companies and by far this company seems to be willing to work with customers more then the rest.

This place is HORRIBLE! I honestly don’t recommend anyone buying furniture from this place, Specially now with the new manager he is a straight up ass hole idk how a person like him can be an actual manager. We got a good deal on a set of pre owned couches. The manager before the one that’s there now gave them to us for 750 $ financed. These people will charge you the stupidest fee and not only that if you didn’t make your payment on time they will go to your door bang on it like their the swat team or something at 9am in the morning! When we where like 100 $ away from paying off our couches is when they got even more annoying blowing up our phone, calling our job and references is so unnecessary for furniture that’s been pre owned! I would also not recommend going there and dealing with none of the staff. They have no organization what so ever one person will tell you one thing and the other another. The manager is so unprofessional and has the ugliest attitude and the girl working in the front gives you an ugly attitude as well when your calling in to make a payment! Over all horrible experience here don’t buy from this location go to a different location if possible.

I went in last August 2014 to purchase a bed room set cause I was going to be moving September. I got a good deal, but come September I got head board, dresser, night stands but no mattresses!!! I got used ones till mine came in, keep in mind that I’m still paying full price for new mattress and I’m sleeping on used ones BS. Every time would schedule to come out to deliver they could cause they were short staffed or had trucks to unload BS! Because EVERYTIME I would go in to make payment they would all be standing around, I was without a new mattress until half way into October! Had set serviced a couple of times but never got fixed, Cause they were busy, whatever. On payday I don’t get my check till 3 sometimes I couldn’t cash check till next day well they would call @ 3:10 asking for payment and why I haven’t gone in. and also by that time they have contacted my employer and references that’s BS! One month I was out of work so I made arrangements and she never made note so They came out to my house and note… Why couldn’t they come out and give me mattresses or service my set but to come try and collect money their real quick and charge a other BS SOHAPPYTHAT I PAIDTHISOFFNEVERAGAINBADCUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

Okay, considered going through Easy Home because heard the other places had bed bug issues and couldn’t find anything for Easy Home. Went on their site and found stuff we wanted, so called to verify it was in stock. NOTHING we wanted was in stock. They said the website was from Corporate and they were a franchise and carried 80% of what the site showed. I listed off several things that I wanted that they didn’t have, but you carry 80%? I said iPad(out of stock), iPhone 4S(nope), futon(none), sleeper sofa(never carried), Serta mattress(nope we switched to Corsicana [which I never even HEARD of] because we stopped using Serta). I asked where this«Corporate» was and the lady on the phone had such a nasty attitude. Furthermore, when you call corporate, they say you only need 3 references, but the store says 6. No thanks, Easy Home. You’re not very«Easy» to deal with.

The staff is friendly but who isn’t when making a sale. We wanted certain furniture but they had no new furniture only pre leased so the manager cut a deal to select a set and he’ll order the set we actually wanted he told us to make payments n those would b on the set we actually wanted! We were like OK. But months went by n nothing we asked he have a different story. So we decided enough was enough! We told them to come pick up the furniture we set a time n date everything was agreed upon time. well they ended showing up at my house unannounced at 1:30 when we set it at late in the evening! Shoot think I’d answer hell no! They left me a door hanger telling me as if I forgot. Any how was leaving from home turning onto my main road n here they come! They saw me n paused! That was it I called and told the manager y were they there we had a set app. That’s why they r called appointment! He said o no no there was no problem! They were there cause they had other business in the area n thought they could pick up the furniture. Ya whatever! I refreshed his memory on the set time n assured we’d b there. Well later that evening we waited n waited we called n they came out saying they were short handed well we were stuck with furniture over the weekend that delayed our other furniture to b brought in(note: bought cash n new). Oh if u r running a little late in going in to make a payment cause ur busy cause u have a life they’ll call u, ur neighbors. Mom, dad, n wake up the living dead. They act like a bill collector! But yet payment was rendered :/
