I first used the Eat Out In services for a group meeting I hosted, and the experience was excellent. I received a phone call confirming my order the night before the meeting, and the delivery arrived right on time. What was really great was being able to set up the order then have all the attendees place and pay for their individual selections, which kept me from having to manage orders and collect money. It’s really nice to have more options for delivery than the standard pizza and sandwich restaurants. I will definitely be ordering through Eat Out In again!

This was a disaster. We ordered at 5:30 and our food was supposed to arrive by 7:05. When it didn’t arrive by then (90 mins later), I checked with them and the food was going to take another hour. Very frustrating. We will never order from them again.

I live off Bee Cave road — not in the sticks, so why exactly, does it take an hour and a half to have food delivered from a place a mile from my home?

I used to have no trouble ordering with Eat Out In.
Now that they have a 50 dollar minimum order they refuse to take my order unless I call up and agree to special fees.
As single person, I am sorry that they are no longer interested in my business.
When I spoke to them, they said that this was to offset delivery fees. If delivery to my area costs more, charge everyone. Don’t punish me because I am single and don’t eat as much as everyone else.
