I discovered Edna Black while living in Hong Kong. She prepared and served exquisite Asian cuisine for my family on a daily basis and for executive couples and groups dining in our home. Edna provided complete service including menu design, food procurement, preparation, presentation, and execution. We appreciated her abilities to service the western palate with Asian ingredients and menu. She demonstrated a consistent ability to satisfy all including a young son, foodies like myself, as well as company executives.
I was extremely pleased when Edna came to the United States and Texas. I immediately hired her to service our family and business needs. I was very impressed by her intense focus and commitment to expand her repertoire to include western cuisine as well as embrace healthy living and local, sustainable ingredients.
I have known Edna Black for 15 years. During that time, she has worked diligently to expand her professional credentials and adapt to new environments. She is creative, committed, intelligent, disciplined, hardworking, and is able to establish a culinary vision and deliver on the promise. I am lucky to have had the pleasure of eating lunches prepared by Mrs. Edna Black for over two years. To say that the food was incredible is truly an understatement.
