Despite being way out in BFE, this place is actually pretty easy to deal with. If you’re living in NW Austin in a M.U.D. you’ll most likely be using this place to get your water turned on. The customer service was pretty friendly, but they seriously need to get with the times. For one, I had to drive all the way out here to get signed up for service. Have you not heard of the telephone or the internet?
