I love this location! I come here to get laser hair removal done and it has worked great! I love the girls here, they make me feel so comfortable and they do a great job! I only have a few more sessions and all my hair will be gone!
To warn you it does hurt a lot for me, maybe I don’t have a high pain tolerance though. I will take ibuprofen and have a glass of wine and it feels much better!
I highly recommend going here, I have had such a great experience and I am going to try some facials next!
I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I get my nose veins lasered away here. They’re very flexible give good advice and it’s good/​price quality. My wife went to the downtown one too once and she was very happy with them too.
All in all — good stuff. I’m a big fan of Holly. Good information on how to behave to avoid it coming back and general skin advice too. She’s not ambiguous about it and that helps.

The laser hair remover left embarrassing burns marks all over the areas I had treated. I’ve since been to two other places that didn’t leave burn marks on me. I wouldn’t trust this place to know what they are doing.

I used to frequent the downtown location before I moved back up to North. To my pleasant surprise, this location is even better than the one on San Jacinto! The main difference is the ample parking lot. I also really like my laser tech (Veronica). She is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable with the laser intensity level every step of the way.
After a few sessions, I noticed a reasonable reduction in coarse hair growth. If you are debating laser hair removal, I recommend you to do your research on the potential side effects (although I encountered nothing other than itchiness and redness) and to go in for a consultation. I do not regret my decision at all. Make sure to check out Groupon for discount or ask for any specials!

I did my research! I had multiple consultations with different hair removal places and I decided to go with Elements spa and I am happy I did. Sentia is a true professional. She did not pressure me, just provided all of the facts so I could make an informed decision. I am happy to say I chose elements and had a wonderful experience there. Do your research, and you will pick them too!

I went to Elements twice. They were okay until I had a medical concern and was never able to get any answers about that. The staff is nice and the office is nice, but I am looking for someplace new now that is more prepared to handle medical concerns.

I’ve been going to Veronica at Elements for a while now for laser hair removal and she’s absolutely fantastic! After 2 sessions I’m already seeing results, which is wonderful, but more than that Veronica’s level of expertise and professionalism, along with her kind and courteous demeanor are really what make all the difference.
Her level of service is impeccable. She makes sure to treat the entire desired area without skimping or trying to make you pay for more treatments, which I so appreciate.
At one point, an appointment time got mixed up, and when I showed up, even though she was double-​booked, on her long day of work for the week, she made sure to get me in and out, and wouldn’t let me reschedule since I’d already arrived. I definitely plan to keep going to Veronica!

Got a Groupon deal. Very satisfied with Elements, and plan to proceed with more treatments beyond this Groupon deal. Meghan is super attentive, thorough with her technique and explanation of the process. I had my chin and lip done, and the treatment was effective, even after the first treatment I saw a difference. Very happy with Elements, and plan to continue with more body areas with them.

I am wrapping up my 6th and final treatment today and I could not be happier with the results. I saw results after my first treatment there 36 weeks ago.

I have gotten laser hair removal at a few different Spas in Austin and highly recommend Elements Laser Spa, especially Sentia! She is professional, takes her time to make sure its done correctly and clearly communicates with me about the process. She asks questions each time about how long it took to see any growth and checks with me to make sure I’m comfortable with the setting of the laser. I’ve had great results, even better than expected!
I first came here on a Living social for one small area and am now getting legs done. I am so excited to have found Sentia in a convenient location to me. She always starts on time and works with my schedule when making appointments. I highly recommend Elements Laser Spa which has a great vibe and excellent customer service.
