Talk about poor customer service. This company is above doing work that «wastes there time» even if you are willing to pay for it. I was told that the owner would be «pissed» if they took in my one item. They are open horrible hours for those that actually make money to pay the for their services. Do not go here.

Exceptional work delivered on time and on budget! I took three shirts in to have our company logo embroidered. When I sent a PDF of the logo in advance the owner called me personally to let me k ow they would not be able to include some fine detail and to make sure I was all right with that before coming in.
A few days after dropping off the shirts, they emailed me an example they stitched and it was absolutely amazing. They were able to get much more of the detail than they thought possible. I believe they were actually quite pleased with themselves; as they should have been and for good reason.
I will be taking a few more shirts in when I get the time.
The ONLY downside for me is Rey are open by appointment only on Saturday and I didn’t make an appointment. More my fault than theirs!

LOVE Embroidme… anything from a custom t-​shirt to professional uniforms, they can do it. They also have terrific promotional items as well. I own a business and all I do is pick up the phone, or email, anything I need and I will have it back in a FLASH!!! Linda, the owner, actually works onsite and is there to help anytime you need her. It would be difficult to come up with anything but exceptionally great things to say about Embroidme, its owner Linda Kohout and production manager Emily.
I was looking to get a single shirt printed as a one-​of-​a-​kind Christmas present for my brother, and after searching all over Austin and Craigslist to no avail, I was finally pointed in the direction of Embroidme. They offer screen printing, hotmark (similar screen printing), embroidery, and garment printing (which is what I needed, and what works for intricate and colorful designs and smaller orders).
Linda was incredibly friendly, handled my entire order via email (which is preferred and extremely convenient for me, though she would have happily talked by phone or in person to help me as well), and delivered EXACTLY what I wanted in the exact time promised, and in plenty of time for Christmas. I couldn’t be happier with the way the shirt turned out, and she even found me an alternate shirt brand to the one I was looking for, which seems to be identical quality for about 25% less cost.
The philosophy at Embroidme is to make every customer feel important and to provide them with exceptional service, regardless of the size of the order they’re placing. They do all of this, offer really reasonable prices, and they make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. The shirt for my brother turned out awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. They even printed a sample one on a plain white shirt for me to see before they printed my actual shirt.
I will absolutely use Embroidme for any and all silk screening or other garment printing-​related needs in the future, and who I will always refer people to.

I have had one heck of a time finding a place to embroider a logo on a few shirts. Our business is small and unless you are doing a mass amount the options seem limited. Especially in South Austin.
The first time I used Embroidme I was embroidering some text on some baby stuff. They didn’t do what I wanted and I was not happy with it, because it basically ruined the custom baby stuff I had bought. to be embroidered.
So you would think I would give this place a bad review but like my philosophy on first impressions, I was willing to try them one more time since they were reasonable (one place wanted to charge me a $ 75 digitizing fee and then a $ 30 set up fee, $ 30 EACH TIME) and they were close. Embroidme charged a $ 55 set up fee but then after that I would never have to do it again (for that specific logo) The actual embroidery was only $ 15, MUCH better.
They have a 10 day turn around, but they actually got it to me early and it was perfect. I’ve since taken another item and have been pleased and so so happy there is someone decent in South Austin.
