I highly recommend Steve for guitar lessons. My 8 yr old son has been taking lessons from him for over 3 months now. Steve is perfect for teaching a young child. He’s patient, fun, and knows how to pace the lessons based on my son’s abilities. My son is always so proud to share what he’s learned each week because he’s learning songs he loves. Steve writes out a simple yet detailed homework plan following each lesson and my son knows how to follow the notes and practices on his own without much urging from us.
As a busy parent, I love that Steve comes to our house and teaches in our living room where my son is most comfortable and ready to learn. It’s easy to see that Steve loves what he does. He has made every scheduled appointment, on time, and with a super positive attitude.
